Schöne gräumige Suite. Sehr gut gelegen. Tivoli und Restaurants unmittelbar in der Nähe. Auch der Bahnhof nicht weit weg. Nehmen Sie den Zug zum Flughafen, das ist einiges günstiger als das Taxi. Leider kein Balkon. Wir Könnens empfehlen.

Typically stay at Wide Hotel but tried this one out since they have a kitchen and more of an apartment layout. It was incredible! Beautiful layout, great size kitchen, bedroom and living room area. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave the space!

The Ascot trades on glossy photos and “premium” pretence, but the reality is shoddy design, indifferent service, and tone-deaf management. A guaranteed booking was refused at check-in, my partner forced to pay out of pocket, and when challenged the hotel simply parroted procedure like an AI chatbot instead of addressing the failure. Checkout was equally dismal: disinterested, unfriendly, and lacking the most basic courtesy. The suites are riddled with questionable design decisions: the bathroom door leaves a gap so you can watch someone on the toilet from bed, and elsewhere the décor suffers from the same absence of fingerspitzengefühl. Nights are filled with random and disquieting noises, undermining any chance of rest. Even the gym fails the basics, offering no tap water (though in fairness is otherwise decently equipped). And for a property claiming to be premium, late checkout on weekends should be standard for suites and not an extra purchase. Looks good online, but in truth it just barely scratches above adequate. For discerning travellers, there are far better places in Copenhagen.

We had a Hypernym suite with breakfast included. Nicely designed and comfortable room and bathroom with living/dining area. Fridge, kettle, toaster and oven included. There was even a washer/dryer which is helpful if you're staying for a few days. The only thing I would recommend is to bring an eye mask in the summer if you are sensitive to light, as the thin curtain in the sitting area lets in a lot of light to the sleeping area, which is separated by a glass screen.

Beautiful hotel - exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable bed, room tastefully decorated. Washing machine was great as this was part of a longer trip.

Stellar room. Loved having the ability to cook for ourselves and having the laundry available was perfect for us. We contacted the front desk about two minor issues. One was fixed the same day, the other was not fixed. Either way, I am extremely happy with this property and I would stay again.

Great stay, great staff. Front desk was always helpful and the room exceeded our expectations. Lots of room, one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

Et utrolig smukt hotel med en masse charme. Meget flinke og hjælpsom personale. Vi blev desværre nødt til at afkorte opholdet uventet med en nat, på ttrods af at dette blev gjort kl. 11.00 på dagen så refunderede hotellet den sidste overnatning - Fantastisk service

We had a nice apartment with a view to the cinema. It looked great. Lots of storage for clothes and bathroom things. Many mirrors and two TVs. Cozy lights in the living room area. Black out blinds everywhere and it was quite quiet. The bed was big and comfortable and there were many pillows. There are sockets everywhere. Friendly staff :) Sadly there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom and there were no towels/cloths/paper towels in the kitchen area. Great stay all in all, would go again!
