Really nice place to stay but the pool area was closed and when I reserved the room it said it was going to be open but when we got there the dates had changed kids were disappointed.

Staff were helpful and quick to serve you.

We liked the room and access to the casino. Found it hard to find hotel and parking being there the first time. Staff where very nice.

The Pool is still under construction/renovations and I’ve went 3 times in the last 2 months and every time it’s not even finished

Wondeful newer hotel. Disappointed though that they still charge the full resort fee despite the pool being closed.

Nice little getaway.

This is an excellent choice if you are traveling to Pickering Ontario.The rooms are fabulous,,it’s very quiet,staff is very accommodating, .You do need your own transportation because it’s not near the subway or train.I enjoyed the option of gambling and even got lucky. I will definitely go back.

Would of liked to have used the pool. It was closed for maintenance.

It's a good establishment with a nice casino attached but we were really hoping to use the pool and hot tub and they were temporarily out of use. I was really hoping they would have told us this ahead because that was part of our weekend plans spending time there. An email or message ahead of time if possible, so we could have changed hotels.

We really loved our room here. We were on an upper floor facing the Porsche test track so it was neat to sit and watch all the nice cars go round and round. Beds were very comfortable, shower had great pressure, room very clean and very quiet. Honestly wouldn't change a thing about the room itself. Only complaints about this hotel would be that the front staff could be a bit friendlier, and then the annoying parking situation: we drove around forever searching for a spot past rows and rows and rows of empty spaces reserved for electric vehicles, which was just annoying.

Called for change of sheets and they stated they are short staffed and cannot. Also microwave is $15????

I love our stay at the Pickering resort casino every thing about it makes sense even going into the concrete jungle itself. Hit the GO and your there for real cheap in the middle of it all. My only negative opinion for my stay and it's so little but I don't like the cloud softness of the mattress but other than that all good.
