Amazing hotel great staff, nice pool. Just wish offered non pork meat. But would recommend and stay here again

We love staying at this property to visit Alfred State. Very easy to get to, close to shopping and eating.

The pool wasn’t working during our stay, but that wasn’t a priority for us. Everything else exceeded our expectations. The room was slightly larger than expected and felt newly renovated and fresh. The rest of the hotel also appeared recently updated and well-maintained. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but it offered more variety than we anticipated—especially compared to similar hotels in the same price range. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.

It was clean and spacious. We always appreciate having a water bottle refill station and this property had one conveniently located. The staff were nice. The breakfast was like any other Hampton Inn.

The staff was really friendly

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The people are extremely friendly. The place is immaculately clean, and the breakfast food was actually pretty good.

Beautiful hotel and rooms

Checking in and out was my only issue. I waited almost 8 minutes for a staff member at the front desk. A sign saying that they stepped away and will return would be helpful if there’s no coverage. I had to use my cellphone each time to call the front desk for service. Other than that, it was a very pleasant 24 hour stay for my graduation.
