La limpieza fué muy buena, el personal con el que tuvimos contacto, fueron muy amables, serviciales y dispuestos a hacernos sentir la hospitalidad de los nativos de Bahía Solano, así como también nos orientaron muy bien sobre las diversas actividades turísticas, y contactos confiables para el servicio de transporte. Cristian, el jóven de la Recepción, estuvo siempre muy atento a nuestras solicitudes, de manera muy proactiva, eficiente y respetuosa, es muy responsable; tiene valores y cualidades que lo hacen ser un empleado EXCELENTE.

This Town and Hotel was less thsn Advertised..but the Staff was Excellent..Friendly..always Available. The pool and Bar were Great..nice Lounge..great food only 5 or 6 minute walk in any Direction..there is a beach 200 yards from Hotel but Not accessible always low Tide...the accessible Beach is 30 minutes away by taking a Tuc Tuc....its and Aventure.with Beautiful Scenery thur the jungle..i would stay here again..but i will plan my Excursions in advance, next time..

Große Zimmer, klasse Balkon. Sehr nette Angestellte. Ein reibungsloser Aufenthalt. Alles ganz unkompliziert.

Firstly - the staff were kind and helpful and did their best. But this place is absolutely derelict. The conditions are horrible. There was a strong thunderstorm the last night and our room flooded via the windows! There was water all over! The shower only had cold water, no warm water and the pressure was almost non existent - it was difficult to wash off salt, sun screen and mosquito repellent off our bodies.

It was a,wonderful time staff were very friendly and helpful
