Si todo muy bien la Habitación muy limpia, el personal excelente con mucha amabilidad, la Ubicación excelente muy céntrico cerca de todo y muy Cómodo, camas y almohadas confortables

Falta de mantenimiento en general, pocas cosas funcionan

Decían que tenía aire acondicionado y no tuvo, y tampoco tenían televisión de cable. No nos quisieron dar los controles remotos hasta casi finalizar la estancia.

Descuidada, sin aire acondicionado, sin agua caliente, el check out lo piden 1 hora antes que el resto de los hoteles en la ciudad

Un lugar muy agradable para estar, con una increíble ubicación.

We found the room stuffy with just a fan No outside space to sit We were eventually moved after 3 days to a smaller room with AC & a balcony, it was much better The staff were very friendly & accommodating. We paid $100, it usually rents for $50, which is what it should be.

Yo no la recomiendo ya que no tienen clima y las habitaciones que lo tienen llegas y te cobran extra ….

El personal y su aplicación de Expedia que al comprar sale una cosa y cuando uno llega cobran extra no estoy nada satisfecha

Mi estancia fue buena el lugar está limpio pero la habitación no tiene más que un solo contacto para la luz que es el mismo donde se conecta la TV el ventilador funciona bien pero no tenía aire acondicionado, la ubicación del hotel es buena pero en los 5 dias de mi estancia no tuve ''wifi'' según me dijeron que éra debido a que el Internet estaba muy lento

No air conditioning, only a ceiling fan. No window in bedroom to outside for fresh air. No hot water either. Was there for 3 days and didn't see room service once. Tried switching hotel's with Expedia and they were as terrible as the hotel. They apparently couldn't get ahold of the hotel manager to find about cancelation policy and partial refund. Overall was a terrible experience. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel or Expedia.

Cheap and clean. No services. Really could have used A/C.

Incómodo porque no tienen aire acondicionado

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They have free mezcal tasting every night, which I didn’t take advantage of, but seemed very generous. Location is great: few blocks from the center, but away enough to be peaceful. Convenient store across the street. Overall great value for the money. Beware that there is only natural airflow, which was surprisingly ok, but not traditional AC.
