The roof is amazing

El cuarto tiene una cama cómoda, un balcón de buen tamaño con vista a la calle (no a playa) y eso es bueno por que da a una calle no ruidosa. La gente de recepción es amable. Abajo del edificio hay un Oxxo y una farmacia. Uno cruza y está una playa, no muy bonita y con algo de sargazo, en la que preferí no quedarme pero justo en esa playa está el Ferry a Isla Mujeres, y eso hice, irme a conocer la Isla que estaba muy limpia de sargazo. El espacio tiene un micro ondas y cafetera, un pequeño refri. Lo mejor es la amabilidad de la dueña y que en el Rooftop hay un amplio espacio con una alberca, muchos camastros y bonita vista tanto a la laguna como a l mar. Sin dudarlo me volvería a quedar.

J’ai séjourné ici. C’est incroyable. Hyper bien situé juste en face de la Playa Tortugas pour prendre le ferry pour Isla Mujeres, médecin H24, pharmacie et une petite supérette juste en bas de l’immeuble. Hôte hyper avenante et arrangeante. Elle m’a laissée accéder à la chambre à 12h le jour de notre arrivée. Nous étions épuisées avec ma fille. Cela a été très apprécié. Je reviendrai sans hésitation

Excelente decisión quedarme en takh 308 definitivamente volveré a quedarme cuando vaya a Cancún, está cerca de la playa, restaurantes, tiene estacionamiento, la alberca en el roof garden es maravillosa y una vista increíble, el lugar es sumamente amplio, dos baños, cocina, refrigerador, televisiones y aire acondicionado, con un balcón enorme y súper limpio y tiene todo lo que necesitas también horno, utensilios, tetera, tostadora, cafetera, de verdad cubre todo La atención de la propietaria fue increíble desde antes del checkin me envió las reglas y métodos de acceso, súper amable y servicial, igualmente me permitió el acceso antes de la hora por que ya estaba lista la habitación ese gesto de flexibilidad se agradece mucho ya que venía cansado de mi vuelo y pude bañarme y relajarme desde más temprano La cama es enorme y cómoda, además su aire acondicionado funciona increíble Hay tiendas, centro comercial y la zona hotelera a solo 6 minutos en carro, increíble precio y lugar, de los mejores sitios donde me he quedado 10/10 recomendado!

Excellent place in all aspects. Very clean and nice room with a lovely patio and rooftop pool. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Takh 308.

Great room actually it was a living room kitchen two bathrooms and a bedroom. Everything worked. It was beautiful, the area is a little dead so it’s the weather is really hot. You would either walk or take a taxi somewhere and that’s about it. I’ll post pictures beautiful ? Room great building, great rooftop pool.

Loved it! The place is beautiful. It is across the street from the beach, and near almost everything. The rooftop pool is just gorgeous. Will definitely be booking again.

the staffs are really nice

Great apartment, very clean and right across Playa Tortuga and the ferry going to Isla Mujeres. Note: this apartment belongs to an individual owner, it’s not a hotel. However, they work hand in hand and things went smoothly. Check your messages in Expedia after booking, to get all the info ahead of time.

Listing reflects the property perfectly. Great location, and easily accessible.

No kitchen. Great access to public transit. Easy access to Puerta Tortuga.

It was a terrific place to stay. The host was very friendly and available. Go to the roof and check out the view. It’s one of the best in the city.

Takh 308 exceeded our expectations! The location was great, the apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Every item was like new, full fridge, well equipped kitchen and laundry room. Our host was always available and accommodating. We would love to stay here again. The top roof swimming pool and ocean /lagoon view are a big plus. And there are no insects, at all :)

Cannot recommend enough! The host was very hospitable and was very responsive! Particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the big apartment space
