The room was close to the central station and shops - very clean and easy to come and go.

Excellent location with prompt virtual service. Easy to check in and luggage storage was so handy. Our bedding was stained and our room was missing sheets but it was quickly amended. Would stay in this convenient and comfortable location again.

Nice and convenient place, near Oslo station .Although staff is remote but they will answer your queries.

We like this room for 4 for both of us better as we have a sitting area ( sofa bed ) and small round table for drinking coffee and a bed at the side . The whole place is compact, keyless but cosy and clean .This place is very near the Oslo train station and metro line etc so very easy to move around and travel out of oslo.Nice place .There is a laundry room at level 1and a complimentary gym nearby but we did not manage to get to use it .We like this place .

Really enjoyed the stay, great location, easy to find. Nice touch with the personal card at the room :) The only thing was that i personally found it a bit cold in the room, even if i adjusted the radiator and it was a bit dusty on the shelf and in the corner (where there was open open wiring?) Over all, would recommend!

Great location. Easy access. Nice convenience items in room (fridge, coffee maker, tea pot). Good luggage storage and washing facilities. New beautiful bathrooms with good quality toiletry products. Am a regular guest. Keep up the good work!

There is no front desk, only a Whats App number to reach. In my case, I had an issue with the room, but they only came back to me on the WA after 1 hour, just to tell me that they would come back later, which they never did. The room had a sloped ceiling. I am 184 high, and could barely get around the bedside table without touching the ceiling. For this reason I knocked my head into the ceiling twice or three times.

Centric and clean room

For that price point it is really good value for money. They have a deal with a gym 5 min walk away. They have a little laundrette. And the location is hard to match. Quiet enough even though it is as down town as you get.

Both the common areas and the room were clean and tidy. The room is equipped with both coffee and tea, and of course, a kettle. An extra * because it is possible to cast to the TV in the room. The instructions on how to cast were not entirely up to date, but Bob quickly came to the rescue. Another extra * because the chatbot Bob worked so well that it is easy to believe you are talking to a human.
