This is my first go to when we are in this area - rooms are lovely and very clean - pub offers excellent food 😀

Room was very comfortable and great pub food in old inn.

Rooms look recently updated. Bathrooms still a bit dated. Comfortable, clean and good value - the three things I was looking for

Located 10 minutes from M6, clean comfortable room friendly staff good food

Room had ceiling leak in the night despite work being carried out to fix it days before. Shoes were full of water and the room was very damp- carpet soaked. Was not informed at check in and when complained was told they could do nothing about it as we had booked through a 3rd party. Check in was chaotic and payment had tried to be taken before it should have been ie it was pay at the property

Ok for one night Bedroom clean No soap in bathroom and hadn’t brought any with us Breakfast disappointing really as expected better having read previous reviews Good discount on evening meal

Comfortable room and bed, some very friendly staff, breakfast served with a smile even on a bank holiday 🙂

This was the most lovely pub hotel room ive stayed in. Cleaned to the highest level, which is what you really want, with comfortable bed and decent bathroom. No funny smells. Well stocked coffee and tea collection.
