Lets start with the basics: the.room was clean, warm, and spacious, in a nice quiet area. We could tell that a real effort had been made to make the room look welcoming. The entry arrangements were coear and very simple. We didnt use the cooking facilities but the kitchen looked well equipped and clean. Thank you. We will come again when next in the area.

I want to be fair to the property – it disappointed me, but it may suit others. It was clean, airy, and modern. The website lists many room types (twin, double, garden, park view, apartments) with grading terms that shift between “Superior/Room/Deluxe” and “Superior/King/Deluxe,” which I found confusing. I booked in haste, expecting a self-contained room with kitchenette and workspace. Instead, there was only a communal kitchen. My ground-floor room (beside the entrance) had two windows that opened just 1.5 inches unless the catches were released, leaving them insecure. There was no wardrobe, only open rails and shelves, contrary to Expedia’s listing. More serious for me, there was no desk or laptop-friendly workspace as advertised, just small drinks tables; my request for a proper table was refused. The bathroom had no shaving socket. The “communal living room” did not exist. The park view was pleasant but made the room noisier. The old town is a 10–15 minute walk.

Great accommodation, lovely shower. close to falmouth town,next to a very nice park. Easy parking.

Our room was beautiful (king Bed, Garden View, Room 4) The linen was of fantastic quality, bed extremely comfortable. Even wine glasses were provided (nice touch, as I normally have to drink wine from the plasic cups in the bathroom) I think the carpets could to with a bit of a clean, and a hand rail to the front access would make the steps a little more manageable, and the pots out in the garden at the foot of the steps need clearing and fresh plants. But all in all a fantastic location and I'd definitely stay again.

Great room, good size lovely and clean and shower was lovely. Can get a bit warm as basically attic room but nice fan provided! Stairs up to room a little steep but manageable! Would stay here again great base and parking was also great

Leider stimmen die Fotos nicht mit dem Zimmer überein. Es wird ein völlig falscher Eindruck vermittelt. Vor allem im Sanitär Bereich. Keine eigene Küche sondern Gemeinschaftsküche. Das Zimmer ist sehr laut, da genau neben dem Eingang und gegenüber der Küche. Für ein gebuchtes Hotelzimmer (bei hotels. Com) soll ich den Müll raus bringen! 😲 Da stimmt preis/Leistung nicht.

Good to have 2 rooms and enjoyed the living area. Would be good to have 2 washrooms.

Great property in a great location. The deluxe room was extremely spacious and clean and access to the building and room was secure with two key pads. Its a short walk to town via the lovely Kimberley Park

Having stayed here before I knew what the apartment was like. That's why I returned. Ideal location and a lovely setting next to the park.

Park View is super convenient for staying in Falmouth - a short walk into town, free parking and easy self check in. However when we stayed our room was extremely hot, it was a warm weekend and we were in the room at the top of the house (number 7), with a window which hardly opened! I would recommend booking a lower down room if you’re travelling here in the summer. The stairs up to the top were also extremely steep!

The property itself was in the a quiet area so great for a good night's sleep. The room was big, comfortable and wonderfully clean. Great shower. It's a quick walk downhill to the edge of the main shopping street and museum but about 20-30mins to the beaches and the Maritime museum on some hilly main roads.

Lovely large with very comfortable bed. Shower good plenty of hot water. Location perfect and very quiet .

Such a cool place. Great location close to all amenities, adequate parking, and very comfortable room. The shared kitchen with all appliances was spacious and great for preparing own food.

I liked the lovely dining room where we could prepare our own food. The shower knob of room 7 was stiff especially with soapy hands.
