It felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Lighting and AC were good. Overall the room looked clean. You may need mosquitoe repellent though. The pool area was ok. The water was filtered always. No umbrellas so you'll have direct sunlight always. However, all photos of the place should be updated because some places are under renovation such as the bar in the pool and breakfast areas, even the breakfast menu isn't a continental type as seen in the photos. Usually its either toast and eggs (any style) or something to this effect. However today it was a continental styled breakfast since it was mother's day (much appreciated). The room door and closets are a little hard to open and close. The maintenance guy tried to fix it up though. The helpers were very attentive and tried to rectify any issues we had. The sink in the room smelled a little funny though.

I booked a room that stated 3-4 people are allowed in the room. I came with my husband and daughter and was denied my room until I paid an extra amount for another person. They claimed they only had rooms for 2 people, though I booked online before I arrived. Later, during my stay, I went to the pool and cut my foot on a broken piece of glass. When I looked in the pool, there was a shard of glass nearly the size of my hand. I showed the staff and they told me that a guest broke a glass in the pool the night before. They said they called someone to clean and wouldn’t have another cleaning person there until the Monday, and it was a Friday evening when I went to the pool. When I asked what would be done, they told me to “be careful” in the pool. Of course, I did not feel comfortable swimming in the pool with broken glass in there. This meant I was unable to enjoy the pool services for my entire trip, as I left on the Sunday.

Our stay here was very relaxing. Room was clean, no issues except that we could not get the tv to work. The breakfast was great, everyone enjoyed it. Pool was really good, especially in the evening time when the water was nice n warm. Property renovated a bit since our last stay but more work still needed, I guess they will in time🙏 Overall, I'd say we had a pleasant stay and would go back again.

Great friendly staff, pool was very nice, Delicious breakfast.

They hard horrible dirty old rooms. Locks and doors did not function properly. A lot of sketchy people around.

The breakfast was decent, the pool is beautiful however there was mold in our bathroom, really questionable characters outside the hotel as well as the actual hotel itself drains smell badly, grass is overgrown and there's caution tape preventing you from rolling the suitcases on normal ground and instead you have to drag your suitcase up the stairs.

Needs more security and updating. Thete is no beach front prpperty.

The staff was great, informed us of everything we need to know regarding our rooms. Ratescwere really affordable.

Die Bar ist nicht in betrieb. Das Restaurant ist eher eine Kantiene mit Vorbestellung an der Rezeption. Der Pool ist schön. Die Anlage ansich wäre schön. Das eine Personal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war ... aber es war weitgehend sauber.

No from the room contacts to the front desk, no one highlighted that some section building was under renovation, the main exit door from the commendation area was kept lock

das Restaurant hatte geschlossen. das erste Zimmer war sehr dunkel. es hatte nur Holztüren nach vorne, ohne Glas. d.h. wenn man es wegen Licht geöffnet hätte, wäre sofort die Hitze hereingekommen. wenn wenig Gäste da sind, gibt’s Frühstück im Plastikgefäss per catering angeliefert. Qualität mangelhaft. gibt es mal Frühstücksbuffet, sind die Gefäße nicht gewärmt, d.h. das Rührei ist nur die ersten 5 Minuten warm. kaum Auswahl. nur Pulverkaffe. wir hatten vom Boot selbst Butter und Marmelade und Teebeutel dabei, damit ging’s. Ich beschwerte mich wegen des Zimmers, welches ganz unten ohne Blick auf Pool war. Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite mit Blick auf Pool. Der Pool ist ein Thema für sich: groß und tief, aber Skimmer kaputt, also keine Reinigung der Oberfläche. Wasserzufuhr aber vorhanden. Das neue Zimmer war dann schön. aber zwei Stühle und ein kleines Tischen für PC Arbeit musste ich extra bestellen. es fehlte jeglicher Mülleimer. Zimmerservice sollte man beim Schlüsselabgeben „auslösen“. sonst wirds vergessen. Aber die Nähe zu Peakes war natürlich unbezahlbar. Karibik eben…😉

The rooms were excellent. The pool is huge! There weren’t any other guests staying. This hotel is very clean and quiet. It does need some renovations to the exterior. Plenty of room on the property for children to play.
