We originally booked excel apartments at Trafalgar Square as we were attending theatre. We were moved very last minute to further away and had to use the tube which I find quite stressful having anxiety and claustrophobia. Contact was quite poor although the actual apartment was still nice but in a noisy area.

Great location. Very convenient apartment. The only problem was a lot of stairs to carry our luggage as there is no elevator.

I wanted to stay in a full service apartment rather than a small hotel room. I had an excellent time in the beautiful modern apartment the perfect location in Covent Garden. Very walkable to almost every thing. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and clean. Check-in procedure was easy. Management company is was well organized. The beds were comfortable. Upstairs living room/kitchen balcony space was amazing. It was great having a full service apartment rather than a hotel room. It was great to have a kitchen and laundry machine. I highly recommend this apartment. The location is vey vibrant and safe. The only drawback was a lack of cabinet/drawers to unpack your clothes. There is plenty of closet space for hanging clothes. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment changes where we were staying a few days before our booking that was very inconvenient and didn't offer to reduce the price and wouldn't let me be refunded for the booking fee. No ac just awful

On the very afternoon I was scheduled to check in, I received a call from Excel Apartments informing me that the apartment I had reserved was no longer available. I was then relocated to a completely different property—an old and dirty apartment located 40 minutes away. Due to the unacceptable condition of the replacement apartment, I left immediately and was forced to find and pay for an alternative hotel on short notice. Despite this, I have still not received a refund for the original booking. Zero customer service. A complete joke

Pros: Great location near shopping, restaurants and transportation. Also it was clean. Cons: Over 60 steps to get to unit on narrow curving stairs. No control over AC and no way to reach landlord. Very noisy with sirens at night with nearby law enforcement building. Street side bedroom very bright early in the morning with inadequate shades and curtains.

A long story short, I had booked for 2 people as I had a friend arriving later that same evening. The place required personal information and picture ID for the total number of registered guests. I filled in my information with pic ID and the information of my friend. Issue was that my friend had left London that morning heading to York for a meeting, and couldn't provide a picture ID until later. This resulted in me being refused the option to check in at 15:00. They refused to work on any kind of solution, they also refused to refund the booking at the same time denying me access to the apartment. Even the first agent I contacted from Hotels.com was appalled when he called back, admitting that he works with hotels on a daily basis and never had he ever experienced such a lack of cooperation and willingness to find some sort of resolution. They were hostile in their communication. In the end it turned out my friend couldn't not return that evening due to work related matters, I requested changing the booking till 1 person, immediately denied, no refund. It took a total of 5 calls to hotel.com to have this issue resolved, check in delayed to 19:30. The place was not properly cleaned; garbage from the prior guest still there, moldy and dirty windows. The real issue tho was extreme amounts of noice from the bars, people in the street and the police office right outside. Absolutely no noice cancellation. Their response; "will notify maintenance Monday", no compensation.

This was an absolutely awful experience. No working wifi, stuffy and extremely loud with the police station across the street. In addition the management never fixed the wifi during my stay and proceeded to argue and accuse us of lying. I’ve never experienced such a hostile host.

Late check in. The host instructed us to not to get there before 3pm. We got there at 320 and the cleaning lady was just starting the cleanup. It took her 2 hours to clean so we had to sit on the side to wait for her to finish so that we could get get ready and leave for our event that evening. Wifi did not work the 3 days we were there. The sofa in teh living area had stains and all the window blinds were broken.

The location is the winning factor for this property. Communications were a bit 'lecture/school teacher like' but did provide all the info I needed. The property is tired, broken sofa, broken blinds, but the bed was comfortable and the bedroom quiet and dark (as you'd want). Poor toiletries provided (barely enough for 1 night - I stayed 4) and poor/no discernible eco/recycling efforts. I suppose the summary is it was adequate but there are better properties for the money in the same area.

We had an amazing stay. Nice 2BR ensuite APARTMENT with a loft Living room. Kitchen equipped with W/M and D/W. We had a nice stay, especially in the heart London with all points of interest, restaurants etc around. The only negative were the rounded flight of stairs, which led to some discomfort with suitcases being brought up, especially to 3rd floor.

Was locked out of the apartment with all my belongings inside. I had to find another hotel at midnight to stay in otherwise I would have been on the streets of London for the night. No number to ring anyone. Main door to property was locked and unable to get access.

Great location, an earlier check in time would be beneficial. But all in all a great location.

Clean and well presented apartment in a busy part of london.

I booked this last minute due to unscheduled meeting in London. Arrived as location at 9:30pm and I was unable to gain access. Apparently required passport id, didn’t have thus with me as uk resident I had to book another hotel, not ideal

I have to say I am disappointed with the stay, the bed was extremely noisy and broken making it uncomfortable. The TV also didn’t work and the tap in the kitchen practically falling off the work service. Having stayed in other stay inn apartments and had a pleasant experience it was disappointing to have experienced the above, especially given then cost of the stay and further deposits taken I would expect more from a provider.

Great little flat and in the middle of town. Clean, easy check in. WiFi didn’t work and a bit of a signal black spot but great value and location.

Resa de dernière minutes suite à un train annulé. Procedure d'entrée dans l'établissement compliquée car pas de réception. Toutefois j'ai pu appeler le service client qui m'a aidé. Apartment de taille correcte mais chambres petites. Point positif, 2 salles de bains. Propreté douteuse, poubelle du couloir non vidée, taches séchée sur une des commodes, residu de lentilles de contact retrouvé sur cette même commode..
