The cleaning staff were good and all staff were very friendly. Staff were only present for a few hours in the morning. The room was clean. Check-in was automated.

Ubicación perfecta

Great place for a short stay. Newly renovated. Clean. Fantastic location. Just minutes on foot to Gran Via. Lots of places to eat, shop, etc nearby. No staff on site and no reception. It is a two star hotel so nothing fancy. No fridge in the room either but has a TV and Air Conditioning. Wall is pretty thin and not great sound proofing. I had to take a phone call early in the morning for work and the next room occupants weren't happy. Similarly one night I could hear people talking next door.

Very comfortable stay and convenient location. Staff was friendly and we had a really good night sleep since the bed was alright and the room was very quiet. If you want a hassle-free stay, this is recommended!

Beautiful place clean and quiet it was a good experience

Paco is great for a 1 or 2 night stay. The location is great. Entrance is easy (though instructions were given last minute). The bathroom is super, and the bed comfortable. There is nowhere to open your bag (except on the bed), and the rooms are not soundproof.

My experience was exceptional. I was so well taken care of! I felt very very comfortable and the staff was incredible. Highly recommend

Next time I’m in Madrid I will book here again. I was a solo traveler and the property & area was great. All within walking distance.
