My first room door lock wouldn’t work and couldn’t be fixed and because hotel was full they couldn’t transfer me to another room until 2 days later. At time of checkout my 2 Mastercard wouldn’t work and I had to use my corporate Amex. Those same cards worked perfectly for the rest of my trip in all other hotels. They also couldn’t provide me a hard copy of my invoice because of some computer/network issue (might explain the credit card issue somehow…) and even though they said they would send one by mail I never got it.
