The vinyl flooring was disgusting, our kids feet turned black from walking on it for less than 10 minutes. We cleaned it ourselves, every paper towel we used came up brown across the whole floor. There was long black hair all over the floors, on every towel, and on the counters and toilet. We were barely in the hotel, but with the few times just flushing “number 1”, it overflowed the toilet and flooded the bathroom. We left after 1 night, refused to stay the rest of our trip. Management only refunded us our third night and refused anything else, only after we had to get hotels.com involved (who were very helpful btw). Also, when we told them about the issues in the room, they acted like nothing happened, and told us there was no cleaning staff on duty. So, hopefully you didn’t get the room after us, as I’m sure they left the bathroom flooded for hours.

Hot tub was not functioning, Breakfast had coffee and waffle machines out of service. The room bathrooms need remodeled. Holes in the walls of my room. - otherwise fine for a ski trip.

You get what you pay for

Check in was a breeze. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Only downside was no refrigerator in the room. Otherwise it was great!

All was good. Lots of dents and scrapes on walls. Not sure who redid the bathroom but very bad job. Two remotes for tv annoying. Heat stopped working had to call in maintenance. But quickly responded and fixed. Breakfast subpar.

This property has nice bedding and clean rooms. Our TV did not work. No big deal but it is nice to watch in morning and evening. Desk clerk was kind at check in. The breakfast was available promptly at 7. When we reported that our tv didn’t work, they offered to send someone in about an hour. It was 8pm and we just drove 12 hours so we declined. They had Dove products in the shower which was nice.

Generally speaking this place is fine. It could be a little more clean, and updated, especially the bathrooms. The staff that checked us is both times we’ve stayed is exceptional! Friendly, knowledgeable and makes check in quick!

Average run of the mill… rooms were okay, not bad. Walls were a little dirty. Most importantly beds were clean. Parking was terrible, large trucks took up multiple spaces, snow piles blocked what would have been available parking spaces.

Great location. Very polite and helpful staff. The hotel room was very tired and dated with old uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. The floors were very dirty. Walls so thin you could hear everything outside.

Not good breakfast options

Only problem was the orange juice wasn't working.

No hot breakfast was available only coffee. Property could also use some upgrades

The hotel is close to downtown and Main Street

The room was dated, the toilet ran all night and then quit flushing the last night, and the beds were terribly uncomfortable.

Substandard stay - loose door knobs, shower head too low, faucet loose on shower, no luggage stand, heat too high. Turned heat down to 63 and it was still hot. Goofy furniture. Covid is over so they should have breakfast. Very high rate for these

Great price! We stayed here for 1 night before heading up to Crested Butte. This a motel, but the room was clean and comfortable. It’s an older motel with some updates. We checked in at midnight and didn’t realize at first that you check in via a kiosk, but it was fast and efficient.
