A brillaint place to be at when visiting uluru.

What a wonderful hotel on the Esplanade in Cairns. We a slight issue that Amanda at the desk took care of right away. We enjoyed seeing her smiling face as we left for our adventures. The room was clean and tidy. They have a van that will take you to the wharf 4 times a day. We walked to the wharf it was a short 20 minute enjoyable stroll down on the Esplanade. Less than a 10 minute walk on the Esplanade was Muddy's Cafe our favorite place for breakfast to start the day.

Outdoor area clean, staff very friendly and helpful as were the bar and restaurant too. Room clean and spacious with a good shower

I had an excellent time there with my family. This was our best holiday after COVID, and the staff were very friendly. The place is also nice and clean.

リゾートを満喫できる雰囲気のホテルです。 冬でも気温は昼間30℃以上あるので、水着を持参してプールやサイドバーを楽しみたかったと思いました。 スタッフは皆親切で、快適に過ごせました。

I had a wonderful stay at Sails in the Desert. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with touches that reflected the local landscape. The staff were warm and attentive. The dining options, however, could be improved. Vegetarian and vegan choices were very limited, and it would have been better to see more variety, especially considering the price of the buffet breakfast and dinner. For the cost, a wider range of options would make the dining experience much more enjoyable. Overall, the resort offered a relaxing and memorable stay, with its proximity to Uluru making it the perfect base for exploring the area.

It was a lovely hotel. Staff were friendly. Pool bar and area around very clean and pleasant.

部屋の配置が見慣れず、最初は自分の部屋が分かりづらかったです、、 連泊がお勧めです。

룸 컨디션은 최상. 편안한 침대, 청결도, 욕실 상태 등 모두 만족함 리조트 인근 수퍼, 상점, 레스토랑, 카페 등 걸어서 5분 이내에 위치함.

Much better than some comments indicated. It was immaculate and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were large.

Nice hotel. Clean. Great location. Restaurant had good food. Easy to get around and walk to near by stores

This place is very expensive for very few amenities. No gym, no heated pools, no balls for kids to play with. The food is ridiculously expensive and the wait at the pool grill even once seated was ridiculous. And we froze to death even though there were running heating lamps all over the patio not being used, staff refused to move us and the heating lamps. Prepare to be underwhelmed and you won’t be disappointed.

There seems to have been a mix up at checkin. We want to make sure we are not charged for the 8th as we checked in on the 9th. Thank you so much for your assistance with this.
