Friendly staff, small clean room, excellent location

Perfekte Lage, gut erreichbar, viele kleine Geschäfte, Cafés etc. Frühstück in einem nahe gelegenen Restaurant. Zimmer und Bett gut. In der kleinen gemütlichen Lobby Kaffee, Tee frei. Der Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I had a great stay at Hotel 171! Close to Rotterdam Central and Delfshaven, and very convenient to get around. Would absolutely stay again!

We boekten een 'classic room' maar kregen een zolderkamer met 2 geblindeerde ramen waar een tv voor hing, een dakraam en veel schuine plafonds rond het bed. Toch wel een tegenvaller. De check-in is anoniem, maar verloopt soepel. De ontbijtservice is uitbesteed maar in zeer goede handen bij Wester Paviljoen. Het is zeer compact maar de kamers hebben wel de standaard voorzieningen. Het is netjes, fris en schoon.

the lack of receptionists makes the experience a bit unusual, but everything worked fine with check-in and check-out. Common areas should be refurbished as they look old. Room was spacious, just as small critics the sink was not working properly.

Great place to stay, easy check in, confortable living room for work, the room was great but it can have much better pillows.

Nice quiet location, close to metro and trams with MuseumPark a short walk away. Excellent food choices nearby for both breakfast and dinner. Would stay again.

The room was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel is in a great location with lots of cool restaurants, shops and bars nearby. The self check-in was quite easy, and communication with the management was excellent. I will definitely stay again!

Het inchecken is even wennen voor ons (doe het zelf). Het is er schoon en netjes. Koffie en thee kan je pakken. Lekker Afrikaans gegeten op 50 meter afstand.

Loved that everything was automated and there was no need for someone to be there. It was tidy, clean and very welcoming. We will be coming back for sure.

Very functional hotel. No staff so make sure you follow the guidance in the emails.

What I don't like: There is no front desk and no in-person staff, so you need to have internet at the front door to reach the welcome email that provides an instruction to unlock the front door to enter the building. It is not convenient for foreigners who don't have the internet yet at the front door. There is only a tiny stand about the size of a laptop in the room. It is inconvenient to work in the room with that tiny stand. What I like: The room is clean and the location is close to a metro station. Easy to get to the city central and other part of the city. Two grocery stores are nearby. There is a nice coffee maker in the lounge that can provide a variety of coffee and hot chocolate. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He can be conveniently reached via the phone speaker mounted on a wall in the lounge.

Hotel moderno con sistema di check-in e check-out completamente automatizzati. Camere non troppo grandi ma molto moderne, ristrutturate da poco. Riscaldamento con stufetta elettrica. Parcheggio esterno pubblico a pagamento, un po' costoso nella via meno nelle vie vicine.
