Our daughter recommended this Pub from just having a drink here. Staff are super friendly, Bar has a really nice atmosphere, room was really comfortable, and food was very tasty.

The King's arm is a friendly welcoming hostelry in the quaint charming village of Otterton. The pub, restaraunt and rooms were clean, well presented and well maintained. My room was large with a very comfortable super king size bed and plentiful supplies of shower gel, shampoo tea coffee and biscuitsi buscuawerplentiful

Room spotless. Staff very very obliging and friendly. Good food.

Water pressure in rooms not great, Had to get moved and that wasn’t much better. Scraping of the chairs in the morning downstairs from very early could be heard. Food was very poor the night before. This was a shame as we had high hopes and wanted a place that we could return to. The upside, the staff were great and very attentive

Fab room, lovely staff and breakfast. Mattress - ouch!

From the start, we were greeted with a smile….we were given our room keys….the rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. We pre booked a table for an evening meal, the meal was utterly delicious. The lady’s that dealt with us (Sarah and Eleaner) were so friendly…sorry I can’t remember the other two ladies, but they were so friendly also 👍👍. The breakfast was awesome….so all in all a very relaxing stay. Thx everyone at The amazing Kings Arms 👍👍👌👌.

Room smelt of chip fat from kitchen, breakfast was lacklustre

Lovely country pub. Great food and nice staff. The room was clean and good size. Had everything you need. Would stay again if we come back to the area

We would not recommend unless you are only after a place to stay overnight, as the Wi-Fi is rubbish and the breakfast is very limited I.E continental only unless you want something cooked, which you have to pay extra for. The property is in need of a revamp along with the rooms but not the bathroom, well not in our room (15) this was modern, although it took the shower a good 5 minutes before it stopped dripping! The staff were very friendly and helpful but we would say this was a good value for money stay.

Restaurant evening meal and each breakfast very good. Excellent menu and choices. All staff very pleasant and helpful, rooms and public areas clean and inviting.

Great pub break with food all very good , bit noisy late on, on a Sunday night but the stay was very enjoyable

Friendly staff Very good value for money

Very pet friendly both in the accommodation and the bar/restaurant. I had forgotten to pack my dogs bowls and the staff kindly found me 2 to borrow. Everyone was very sociable and kind.

Safe parking and totally dog friendly everywhere. The staff are always friendly and helpful also it was quiz night so the pub was busy.

Kleines sehr sauberes Zimmer über dem sehr gemütlichen Pub, daher bis Ladenschluß nicht ganz ruhig. Leider lag unser Raum über der Küchenlüftung. Andere Zimmer hatten da bessere Plätze. Sehr nette Bedienung,viele sehr nette einheimische Gäste mit gut erzogenen Hunden. Wir hatten gleich Kontakt mit Herr und Hund - ein schöner Abend !

Very convenient, in the heart of a beautiful village. Food was excellent value and quality. Welcoming to the dog. Only negative was the WiFi didn’t reach our room but it was easy to work downstairs.
