The room was great. The staff wasn't nice as I expected. The location was awesome just 3 minutes walk by train station. But people around there look so scared. Most of them stirred at us. It was a really new experience in my life. Nice hotel anyway.

Temizlik dışında memnun kaldık. Yastıklarda ve çarşafta kıllar vardı. Geç vakitti, 1 gece konakladığımız için kıyafetlerimizi serip uyuduk. Banyonun havalandırması biraz zayıf, koku oluşuyor. Mobilyalarda lekeler, dolaplarda el izleri vardı. Konu etsek personel yastık ve çarşafları mutlaka değiştirirdi, oldukça ilgililer fakat; temizlik bir otelde ilk intiba. Ekibin şikayete konu olmayacak, akla şüphe getirmeyecek hassasiyeti göstermesi ve kapsamlı temizlik kontrol listesi oluşturması gerekir. Konum iyi, kahvaltı yeterliydi. Personel ilgili, güleryüzlü. Otopark var. 1 gecelik fiyat\performans olarak genel değerlendirmem olumlu.

ホテルのフロントの愛想はとても良い バスマネ駅近くでアクセスは良い しかし、安全な地域とは言い難いところにあり少し怖い。 アメニティが人数分揃っていないので、フロントに頼まないといけない。掃除が行き渡っていない箇所が何ヶ所もあり、思わず掃除してしまったほど。 泊まれないわけではないけれど、なんか一つ一つが惜しいと思うホテルでした。

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately the mattress cover and pillow covers were dirty, possibly from before.

Very comfortable room, great staff and walking distance to all we wanted to see.

I love the tiny pool with the turtles and the backyard where you can have breakfast. Stuff is very nice and helpful. It was lovely staying there

Genel olarak iyiydi ama odanın ve otelin eksikleri vardı odada sandalye yoktu,tarak yoktu,duş tutacağı kırıktı ama kahvaltısı yatağı güzeldi.

Upon arrival we were shown a room with a window opening onto a skinny atrium. We asked the manager for an upgrade and were given a Junior Suite with rooftop patio and city views. The upgrade was only 500 lira extra per night! The hotel was immaculate, the breakfast buffet had many choices and was open from 7am to 11am. There was lots of parking available. The manager gave us information about the area and the bazaar. Oh, and lots of hot water for showers! Personally I found the bed hard. Otherwise a great choice for the money!

Biz İatanbul’dan gelmiştik. Günü birlik bir otel için gayet yeterli ve kahvaltı fiyatının oda fiyatına dahil olması güzel bir ekstra. Oda ışıkları çok vasat gerçekten, klimalar gürültülü çalışıyor, salon kısmında ekstradan bir çöp kutusu olmalı, banyodaki ufacık çöp kutusunu kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Herşeye rağmen günü birlik İzmir’e geldiğimde tercih ederim konumundan dolayı.

Kahvaltı zayıf. Ama otel temiz ailecek kalmaya uygun.

El hotel tiene un diseño muy bonito y elegante, pero extremadamente sucio y desdejado: orina en el inodoro, polvo en todas partes y esquinas de la habitación, hasta cristales en el suelo. Pedimos un cambio de habitación, pero los que limpian son los mismos así que estaban iguales. El recepcionista muy amable y profesional, el señor del desayuno agradable y atento, gracias a los dos.

Very nice place to stay, great staff, it was a great hotel, its in an alley so i wouldn’t be comfortable walking after dark as a tourist and if you are walking then the road or pathway is uneven and is difficult to roll suitcases but as a hotel i enjoyed my stay

The image for this property is not the actual hotel but the train station nearby. The hotel is on a tiny street up the road away from the train station. While the fact they have parking on site is good, the beds are very hard, and the hallways are very dark. People were coming and going all hours of the night and loud in the hallways, the walls are very thin. I would not stay at this hotel again.
