I understand that it was Ramadan. But I ought to be able to secure a cup of coffee in the dining area. There were no staff on hand & the garbage can behind the counter was overflowing. I had to go to the front desk & remind the manager that some sort of service must be in place for non-Muslims. The clerk rang a bell & ten minutes later a guy comes out & starts moving the chairs & mopping the floor. It was maladroit. I paid for a continental breakfast. I would have been happy if they had brewed a pot of coffee. But they couldn’t even do that. It’s a sad situation in Beruit. It’s going to fall apart.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is spotless and very clean, the staff are welcoming and very accommodating, and the location is excellent.

My stay was exceptional thanks to the incredibly helpful and respectful staff, especially Rami, whose kindness and service truly stood out. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the 24-hour reception added extra security. The area was lively and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when I return to Lebanon.
