Multiple issues. This hotel looks nice but it was really disappointing and over-priced at more than 5 star hotel prices for Bangkok. We did not sleep as we could hear the people in the next room whenever they spoke or opened doors, used the bathroom. There were mosquitos in the room. When we asked for breakfast at 6.30 instead of 7am - we were initially told no it wasn't possible. Eventually when we insisted the receptionist asked the kitchen and they said yes. The area in front of the hotel is a building site.

Nous sommes arrivés dans ce petit coin presque caché au fond d'une impasse, au calme dans le centre de Luang Prabang ! Tout était parfait, l'accueil et le professionnalisme de toute l'équipe, toujours au petit soin. La deco de la chambre, le style, tout est pensé avec goût ! l'ambiance, la beauté et le charme du jardin et sa piscine. La nourriture est excellente. Notre séjour de 5 nuits a été formidable !

We didn't get the room we wanted with a view despite the earlier request. The room we wanted was given to guests who had not requested the view. Pictures are misleading. The front of the property is a building site and work starts at 7.30 am

Easy check-in eventhough we arrived very late. Very cozy, clean and small boutique hotel with 9 rooms. Location is not central its 20 min walk to main street and attractions but they have bike free to use

非常棒的住宿環境和服務，只有二個小問題，早餐的份量有點少，及很晚回到飯店時，樓梯間完全沒有照明

Nice place to stay, Staff was outstanding. Mr. Souliya was absolutely the Best, He made us feel number 1 during our stay. He made everything easy for us.

This place was a gem! Very peaceful. Nice pool. Great service. Shoutout to Suriya and Kud. They were great! Highly recommend Chic Stay Hana!!

장점으론, 시설이나 주변 환경이 매우 좋왔습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 단점으로, 메인 스트리트에서 멀리 떨어져서 더운 날씨에 걸어가기 어렵습니다. 주변은 조용한데 벽이 얇아서 옆방소리가 거의 옆에 있는듯 잘 들립니다. 직원 한분이 만날때마다 투어 등을 계속 물어보고 비싸게 제시합니다. 만날때마다 항상 그 이야기만 합니다. 이웃에서 때우는 냄새가 잠을 깨웃니다.

good things first, very nice new modern boutique hotel with super nice staff. however 2 super big minus points, the walls are made of paper, difficult to sleep. breakfast could be a lot better .... had the impression that the eggs were made beforehand and served cold .... room for improvement, location not ideal

It was a really great stay! The service was amazing and the room was big, clean and beautiful! However, something that really annoyed us was the thin walls of the hotel. We could practically hear anything our neighbour talked about. The walls are simply just paper thin, so we had a really bad sleep there unfortunately. Also, the light outside is not possible to turn off and there are not curtains on the glass doors, which makes the room VERY light at night. Biggest issue however, was the thin walls. We had expected that to be better when paying that kind of money.

Lovely small hotel, beautifully kept garden and swimming pool. Rooms are delightfully decorated modern and fresh. Great breakfast, eggs cooked to perfection. Good choice of breads and yoghurt etc and served well in partly opened room overlooking gardens and pool. Helpful staff. Would recommend.

모든 것이 훌륭했고 특히 직원들이 항상 웃으며 친절하고 응대해 주어서 편하게 지냈어요. 최고에요~^^
