Hotel and staff all excellent. Definitely 5* from the moment we checked in until we checked out the staff could not do enough for you. After a long day visiting attractions in the searing Seville heat always asked if we needed water which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Seville close to the Cathedral and the Real Alcazar. The shops, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep. If visiting make sure you visit the area if Triana it is amazing for Tapas. It is just across the river which you can get to over the bridge. The atmosphere at night is amazing especially at weekends. We will visit Seville again in the future and the Mercer Plaza will be the only place we will stay. I nearly forgot the views from the upstairs terrace are breathtaking.

Hôtel de grande classe situé à quelques minutes de la cathédrale et de l’Alcazar. La chambre etait très agréable, la literie incomparable. Accueil parfait en rapport avec le standing de l’hôtel. Rooftop très agréable. Attention toutefois : devanture très discrète (ne pas s’attendre à une facade de palace ! Heureusement j’avais le numéro de téléphone sous la main et le personnel de l’hôtel m’a guidé)) . Pas de parking sur place , il faut laisser la voiture à un voiturier (coût assez élevé 60 € par jour)…et ne pas venir avec un camping car : les rues de la vieille ville sont parfois très étroites !!

Loved my stay at the hotel! Only sad it didnt last longer. Note - the pool and the terrace are really small. It was good for my needs as a solo traveler but someone with a family or kids may not find this good enough. The staff was pleasant and always happy to help. Again, would stay there 100% if I go back to Seville.

Fantastic location. Breakfast was excellent and the staff are so friendly. Our room was enormous and very well appointed. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight with amazing views. Highly recommend

This is by far the best staff we’ve ever met. They pampered us during our stay, guide and befriended us as well. The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of town. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, big showers (conveniently separated from the toilet!), hardwood floors. The breakfast is EXQUISITE!!! What a treat!!! We can’t recommend this place enough.

Amazing location, terrific staff, impeccable, rooms, very modern decor and amenities. One of the best rooftops in town as well. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again without a doubt.
