Estuve entre semana y me ag4radó mucho, las instalaciones, la atención del personal y la tranquilidad. realmente un bello lugar para descansar.

Muy bonito hotel, con habitaciones y cabañas desperdigadas por una pequeña montaña, con vistas espectaculares a todo el Valle de Guadalupe. Mi ventana daba al viñedo y las vides estaban, literal, a 60 ó 70 centímetros de mi buró. Persianas eléctricas para admirar los paisajes sin moverse de la cama. Tiene alberca y jacuzzi.

El hotel es bonito, tiene buena ubicación y una vista increíble del valle. No me pareció que te quieren obligar a que pagues el 50 % antes de tu llegada, cuando el trato se hizo completamente con hoteles.com y seleccioné el pago directamente en la propiedad. El agua de la regadera sale caliente sólo por 3 minutos y después empieza a salir sólo fría. Las amenidades de los baños no son de calidad. Lo considero muy caro para lo que ofrecen. Casi no hay personal, sólo un cuidador que te entrega las llaves y te da indicaciones sobre el hotel, fue muy amable.

Very beautiful place to stay, it’s small but has everything you need. Is right next to Salvia Blanca which made it easy to walk over and enjoy dinner with live music. Easy check in and friendly staff. Room was in great condition and very comfortable bed.

The view, room and staff we ran into was amazing. My two suggestions would be to offer the ability to pay in full because the method I had to use to pay the 2nd part charged me a bit more. The second would be to leave a map of the grounds and what is all around us. We did walk a little but since we didn’t talk to anyone where a little hesitant to find out what all was on location.

Booked through Expedia and the total including taxes was $781 for two nights. When we checked in there is a rude and unhelpful guy named Hector there to greet you. There is no reception area. When he charged our card he charged it in pesos (which is totally fine) but it was $900 on our bank statement. They overcharged by $119. Nobody will correct it associated with the hotel and is trying to blame exchange rates through our bank. As far as quality of property half the lights in our unit didn’t work or were physically broken and falling over. We stayed in the Leon room. The shower head was so rusted the water barely trickles out in odd directions. The safety lock on the door was broken and couldn’t latch and Hector who checks you in knows the code to open your door. It’s a pretty sketchy place with sketchy operators. Best to save your money and stay elsewhere. There are much better places to stay.
