Clean room, good air conditioning,and good service for staff.

Hotel Tano is a favorite in Guam! We keep returning for the helpful staff, fantastic location, and overall environment. Very relaxing but close to all of the excitement. Convenient to lots of restaurant and shopping options. Very walkable area.

Great value for the price. Right in the heart of Tumon. Glad to see it turned into a quality hotel.

Room is pretty clean and staff are very helpful if you have any concerns. Location is nice close to the beach.

It was a wonderful stay. It would be perfect if there was a shower curtain in the shower room. Thank you to all the staff. I know you have difficult guest to deal with, but please keep up the great work. I'll be back again around December!

I gave the hotel 4 stars. Only because the initial room we were placed at, the shower head popped off and nearly fell on my head. But the staff immediately accommodated us to another room. Other than that, the staff was very helpful, the hotel had a modern feel and vibe to it. The room was very nice and comfortable. We will stay here again on our next visit.

I honestly did not think it lived up to the price. Room was fairly clean but not great. The bathroom was cleaned very well and had everything you could need. And a + the towels were fresh. The hotel itself is a little outdated and the halls to the rooms need work. Some open rooms with glass views of stored broken beds, chairs……also only one elevator was operational. But all in all the stay was Okay 👍.

Great place to stay. They have nice rooms, friendly staff, a convenience store. I hope they get the cafe / bar open in the lobby soon

All the facilities is excellent, and the staffs are very friendly. And above all, it is. very clean.

Our stay was pleasant. The hotel in general is clean and good! The only thing I wish can be improved is the shower area. The bathroom floor gets wet at every use because the shower area is not fully covered.

他のレビューにもありますが建物は古そうではありますが中はとても綺麗にされていました。 スタッフの方も親切でわからないことは丁寧に教えていただきました。赤いシャトルバス（北廻り）のバス停の目の前だったのも便利でよかったです。

air con is quite effective, gets cool right away

２人で宿泊、部屋は十分に広くてゆっくりできました。 アメニティもコーヒー等の飲み物もあります。 １階には小さいけどコンビニもあって便利でした。

This is a very convenient hotel if you want to be on Tumon. Price was good value for a clean room and great air conditioning. High water pressure and hot water. On “could be better” was no shower door so be sure to put a towel down.
