Good hotel in a good location they have the added bonus that they will store your luggage until you return from Machu Picchu I think they should advertise that more as everyone needs this service due to the train and coach rules regarding travel and they are the only way to reach Machu Picchu

Lo que no me gustó es que , yo había reservado para un hotel y me mandaron a otro , el mismo hotel pero en otro lugar , diferente habitación a la que había reservado .fallo en las tazas de baño , y en agua fría o caliente

Poor overall. Room was ridiculously small. Breakfast was poor. Returned after Inca Trail for one night, positively was moved to a much bigger room that even had a jacuzzi but there was no hot water plus, staff lost the key to the room - had to wait 20 mins to get back in, with various staff members running around trying to find the key. Positively, staff helpful overall and massive room to leave bags when doing Inca trail.

當天才被告知，被安排到另一間飯店Quechua Plaza Hotel，其實就是Hotel Qarmenqa。 入住的當下，房間根本沒準備好，所以被安排另一間房間。 結果該房間的衣櫃和浴室還有別人的物品，本來不以為意，但到了晚上時，飯店人員來敲門，結果那間房間根本是別人還沒退房的房間。

Hotel com excelente custo benefício, no centro de Cusco, a 10 minutos da Plaza de Armas, o hotel é mais antigo mais o atendimento é os quartos são muito bons, só o café da manhã que poderia melhorar bastante.

Badly insulated room, from noise and smells. Noisy backyard throughout the night. And was woken up at 5am from breakfast being cooked downstairs, smell of sausages and eggs filled the whole room.

Pontos positivos: O hotel fica a uns 15min de caminhada da praça das armas, quase em frente ao mercado san pedro. Tem um mercado no canto, então a localização é boa. O quarto é bem grande, cama muito confortável, roupas de camas muito boas. Banheiro também grande, com banheira e ducha boa. O café tinha o básico e variava um ou outro ingrediente todo dia. Tinha restaurante no hotel porém não utilizei, mas é um ponto bom por praticiadade. Pontos negativos: muitas lâmpadas no quarto e a principal ficava bem em cima da cama, muito forte. Mas o ponto ruim foi que como estávamos no segundo andar havia muito barulho do restaurante até umas meia noite e começava o barulho muito cedo, as 5h da manhã. Sugiro pedir um andar acima pelo menos, mas acho que também irão ouvir os barulhos pois eram bem altos.

Acomodação boa e confortável, e excelente localização! Recomendo!

Boutique hotel with charming architectural details

The staff was amazing food was great. Close to San Pedro market. 7 min walk to plaza de armas. It was very convenient for all tours

This not a luxury property but it is a great one to experience the charm of Cusco. It is clean and comfortable with traditional design which in itself was a treat and the location is central in the middle of the local life. It was easy to walk around and see the sights, including the central market.

Everything is excellent! Great service, great buffet breakfast, friendly staff, cleanliness, free coco tea everyday. Highly recommended!

Convieniant location outside the tourist zone but very walkable

This hotel gives you a good stay for cheap price. However lacking some room amentites and wifi at times.

Staff very super nice , room very clean and good location

We booked a twin room with Jacuzzi, the check in desk refused to honor the booking repeatedly saying that they were sold out or the manager is not here, when we eventually got to the manager , he said that they don’t work with Expedia and their website description was inaccurate and refused to move us to another room, the room was in bad shape with no towel racks or soap holders, extremely tight for 2 people, then they tried to stick us with additional charges for using cc to pay, will never stay here again

Atendimento excelente. Quarto para 2 pessoas meio pequeno, mas super confortável, água quente no banheiro e aquecedor no quarto. Voltarei e recomendo.
