The kitchen is very sparse. Needs more cooking utensils, more pans and some basic seasoning like salt and pepper or.

Very accommodating staff, clean rooms, nice that it's connected to the GTC including a Carrefour for small necessities, water, and snacks!

I had a great time at Pan Pacific and will be coming back again. The staff were excellent, security was great, suite was large and well appointed and being directly attached to the GTC mall made it easy to get to additional reataurants, grocery store, pharmacy and more. I also made good use of the gym and outdoor pool.

Suites were spacious, facilities are good for long length stay. Club next door - heard thumping noise all night. Floors smelled of food being cooked all night & seeped into out flat. Dining options are not great.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific! Check-in was smooth and easy and everyone at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. My room exceeded expectations and there was plenty of space to relax, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect for coming back from a multi day safari! There’s a Carrefour grocery store available with fresh fruits and other items that can be taken back to the room and prepared in the furnished kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice property with good accommodations. Can use better cleaning of the suites. And driver transportation is overpriced. Was told one price to go to Serit mall and was taken to another mall that cost more and was useless. Cheaper to uber.
