I really enjoyed the hotel.Vey convenient place,close to the shopping Centre ,groceries and the airport Sofia.The room was fabulous very clean,spacious enough ,stylish! The staff were very polite and helpul.I am thankful for choosing the hotel and recommending to others The breakfast is delicious! Milena

Clean room. Great staff. Close to shopping mall.

We did not park or go to breakfast. Meals after breakfast time were non existent and the staff was stand offish. Sadly, some didn’t even make the effort to help us get a taxi.

In meinem Zimmer war eigentlich eine Küche. Aber es gab keine Ausstattung noch war der Herd angeschlossen. Man konnte leider den Verkehr draußen hören.

I had a great stay at B1 City Hotel in Sofia. The room was excellent—comfortable, well maintained, and always spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight: plenty of variety, fresh options, and everything was delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience and great value. I’d definitely stay here again.

Bra område- nära till flygplatsen och shopping mall. Otroligt hjälpsamt och trevligt personal. Rummet var bra storlek. Tyst.

There are no protectors under the sheets on the beds, and the pillows are inadequate. There are no seats in the lobby. It would be nice if the entrance area could be decorated more warmly.

i got a little problem but the staff from hotel the reception and also from Expedia are very kind and helpful. the room was clean and beautiful the hotel as well. breakfast is amazing. recommend it

This hotel is simply perfect. I don't understand why it's said to be three stars. İt is five stars. The room is very big, the bathroom is very big. Most importantly everything is very clean and the layout is great. The restaurant is amazing, spacious and relaxing. The choice of the breakfast is great. İmportantly for us we needed a safe parking space. The hotel has an underground, secure car park with a lift giving access to the hotel floors. We only stayed one night as a stop over, not to do touristy things. So I can't comment on location etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
