Excelente hotel, súper atentos, el servicio es de muy alto nivel, venimos de luna de miel y fue mi cumpleaños, nos trataron de lujo, lo recomiendo ampliamente! De las mejores experiencias vividas en Japón.

It was a wondeful stay. while it is expensive, it is worth it for the level of facilities and staff. The breakfast is very traditional japanese but it is part of the full experience. People should embrace and try it because we had both the western and the japanese breakfast and both were very well prepared with fresh ingredients and great flavor. The staff tries to do a good job.

各室はすごく綺麗だった、食事も美味しかったが、部屋の化粧水のボトルに間違えてるメイク落としが入っていたのと、ラウンジ時間もっと長い方がよかったのと、バータイムのお酒の金額が高すぎて飲めなかっだなと感じた。 冷蔵庫に入っているみかんジュースも開けてないのに一つだけすごく少ない量のものがあって違和感を感じだから、交換してもらった。 他はすごく綺麗でよかった！

I think the hotel was not as good as we expected. We arrived tired -after a wedding in Tokyo - and the check in staff grill you with so many questions “what time for dinner” (but there are limited options so you don’t have much choice), “what time for breakfast tomorrow”, same thing for the following days … they even asked “what time do you want housekeeping tomorrow?”! And then they said they had a spa - I said I’d like a massage and they said they were all booked for our dates! But no one had communicated with me in advance to offer massage services so I could book. Also the dinner both nights repeated “Main Meal 1” (their term) -despite the affectation of being so custom. Finally as we checked out we found someone’s socks in the drawer behind the safe deposit box!

Beautiful resort with great hospitality and amenities. The only critique I have is that, especially for this price, I feel like all guests who request the shuttle service to/from the train station should be offered it. It was very difficult for my husband, baby and I to get to the hotel without it (especially because no taxis/ubers were available) and when we wanted to go to use the shuttle on the way back to the train station, they said it was fully booked. They ended up eventually being able to accommodate us, for which we were incredibly grateful, but there was a lot of extra stress and pleading with the front desk to be able to get that confirmation. This was the only tarnish on an otherwise wonderful, relaxing stay.

The staff here was very inflexible. Too many rules that aren’t communicated ahead of time. We expected to be able to have dinner at the hotel and were told they couldn’t accommodate us. Do not plan to arrive before 3pm as your room won’t be ready and you can not use any of the facilities. We were forced to wander the little town in the pouring rain. It was a lot to get out to this resort for one day. We would skip it next time and go straight to Kyoto

Es uno de los mejores hoteles de hakone, la experiencia es 100% completa, desde la formidable amabilidad y respeto del personal, la comida es exquisita completamente al estilo japones pero fino, la habitacion es por demaa excelente, cuidan todo el detalle muy bien diseñada con espacios muy cordiales y sobretodo el onsen de la habitacion es realmente increible con vista a la montaña y el sonido de la cascada del rio son una experiencia exquisita

Hakone Gora Karaku was absolutely incredible! One of our favourite stays in Japan. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were exceptional, the service was so nice, the room was stunning, and the onsen baths were such a relaxing treat. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable, making the whole experience feel extra special for our family. The location is perfect, right near the train station and the Hakone loop, making everything so easy. A truly unforgettable stay we loved every moment.

A 5-10 min à pied de la gare. A recommander pour un repos de quelques jours dans une ambiance dépaysante. Chambre très propre. Ambiance Zen. Kimonos fournis. Baignoire sur le balcon. Bain très agréable malgré le froid car la vapeur maintient une ambiance chaude autour. Très belle vue sur la montagne. Petit déjeuner occidental moyen. Repas du soir excellent : varié, copieux, fin. Une très belle expérience dans le repos de la montagne.

El hotel esta bonito, a la hora de la llegada en la recepción tardan mucho para registrarte y dar indicaciones, no hablan inglés y es difícil comunicarse, la cena es a cierta hora y mientras te toca no hay nada de comer, hay un guest lounge que no hay nada, solo café jugos y cacahuates. En la cena mi esposa se enfermó con los alimentos crudos y la pasó muy mal toda la noche.

Wow el hotel, la verdad muy buena experiencia, todo en personal es demasiado amable, todo está impecable y las habitaciones están 10/10, 100% recomendado.

Perfect relaxing stay. Staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Naia at Mitsuki was very knowledgeable and made each meal a wonderful experience. The clothing and environment was immaculate but welcoming. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful hotel! Probably the best at Hakone all they gave four stars for amenities because we would’ve liked to have a gym in the hotel. Otherwise we couldn’t have picked a better place.

Clean room, friendly staff, great foods and lounge experience. Unfortunately our room clock and the facial steamer weren’t working properly. Also the kettle was difficult to use it. However very great experience with them! Definitely worth to visit again!

Room was gorgeous with the open air bath on a balcony overlooking Mount Fuji. The staff was extremely hospitable and professional.
