The hotel is located right on the edge of the town centre. Room lovely and clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast even though continental has a good selection of foods. Room was in the attic part of the building, quirky but very hot due to the heatwave and had no natural way of cooling, though an electric fan was supplied to help the airflow.

Friendly welcome when checking in. The room was a good size, and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. Would stay again if in the area.

We had a great stay at the Lansdowne Hotel. It was clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. Leamington Spa is a nice little city, the location was great for walking to restaurants and shopping.

All good except shower was poor and only one bath towel to use both days though it was a mistake first night but still only left us one for second night.

The hotel was virtually in the centre of the town, so it was very easy to explore places of interest. The continental breakfast was good value and it was very extensive. The hotel was on the corner of two streets but there were no problems with noise from the traffic. Overall it was very reasonably priced and unexpectedly better than we anticipated. However, parking is very limited so get there early to ensure a space.

Stay regularly at this great hotel, as it is near to central Leamington. Very friendly. Good selection for continental breakfast.
