Would definitely stay here again. Beautiful, very modern. Extremely clean. High ceilings, beautiful artwork. Nice finished. Feels very luxurious, and smart. Quiet! Pup and LGBTQ friendly. (Board room has kids’ artwork in it. Dog bowl at the entrance.) Parking is paid and a little awkward to get to, but nice and for 24 hours with in/out privileges. I think it was CAN $22 per night. University of Calgary is a comfortable 7-8 minute walk, NOT 1 minute as listed on Expedia. They thought of SO many tiny details- in the room and elsewhere. Sleek restrooms on ground level have shared sinks- and tiny holders for your bag while you wash your hands. They had some items for sale at the front desk including items for your pup- I have never seen that! They even had a makeup towel, tampon and pantyliner in the bathroom in addition to the usual more common amenities. Convenient location by the University District- walkable, restaurants, upscale, near mall, college, & more. This is a LEED certified building- you use a room key inserted into a a lot at the door to work the electricity. Toilets are wall mounted and had a unique 2- flush style option. There are floor to ceiling windows on one entire wall with sweeping views of the city. High ceilings, windows lengthy of bold colors, a gorgeous bathroom with a frosted glass wall that adds enough natural light in the shower in the morning that a light was not even necessary. Nespresso maker/pods are recyclable. Tea/kettle upon request.

The hotel and staff was great. The only complaint that I have is the underground parking is very confusing. Some signage would’ve been very helpful, the first time I got lost and front desk had to help find me. But other than that, it was great. I was in town supporting my family through a difficult surgery and the location was very close to the hospital. I would highly recommend this property. July 2026

This was our honeymoon night on July 18th and the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing as when I booked, I had put a note it was our wedding night, so they gave us 2 gift cards for breakfast and a bottle of champagne. Fantastic hotel- excellent view of the city on top floor of 2 Queen room. Mountain view is only on top floor for King rooms. Beautiful bathroom and fantastic toiletries! Nespresso machine is a huge plus, microwave, and mini fridge. Gym is small but has everything you need. Walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store across the street. Excellent location
