Not the best place to stay.

In the bathroom the sink would not drain and when taking a shower there was little to no hot water. On a good note the mall was in walking distance so the location was great. The dining chairs and table were a bit too high. The swimming area there was an extra charge, that should be included in the price for the unit. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Pros :This is a great condo and the location is amazing. Next to Ayala, near SM and across the street from Gaisano. Enjoy a morning dip in the pool and then walk to laundry or malls and the smaller part of town too. Hotel staff are amazingly friendly also. The pool is wonderful and very safe for kids but CLOSED ON TUESDAYS! Nice size bathroom and living room. Cons : the bedroom has closet space but is a little small. We had no hot water but decided to just accept it as is. And any customer should be aware that if anyone sleeps over you'll have to pay 300 extra!!
