Stayed the night after a long ride on the bike. Washed clothes and took it easy. Very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended

This hotel was clean and spacious. The young man at checkin was welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfy with great pillows. It is next to the interstate so we heard traffic. Also we could hear the neighbor showering at 11:30 pm, and it was loud enough to wake us up.

Love the amenities at My Place Hotels. There were a couple minor things off (shower curtain stained, body wash dispenser missing, etc) but they didn’t detract from my stay.

Great customer service. Arranged parking for us having a truck and trailer Truly appreciated it.

It's a great place to stay. The only downside is that it doesn't have a pool. Other than that, everything was great. It was very clean and in a good location.

Check in took forever. Please do not ask your staff to read, verbatim, a disclaimer document to every customer at check in. It took too long and was awkward. Also, please be honest about the Breakfast offering. It sounds like a free breakfast by way of the in-room marketing piece, but then you have to log-on to an app… and only after you’ve gone through the pain of the ordering process do you discover in small typeface that it costs $$$ along with cryptic instructions that suggest the order must be made the day before… ridiculous. Even hotels that are lesser overall quality offer free breakfast cereals, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. I was double charged for the room then had to make calls to remedy the matter by phone. Overall a very poor experience.

This hotel was misleading, they said no smoking property and my room was reeking with nicotine scent… there was a fine of 300.00 Dlls. For violation of the policy, well apparently no one managing this hotel truly cares!! We were tired and just wanted to rest before continuing our trip… it was hard to sleep in that environment, then at midnight I woke up with heavier smoke smell from cigarettes, I just never going to stay here again.

Sink drain was clogged. Ice machine didn’t work. Great location for concert!

Nice and clean. Window blind did not work, body wash empty, sheets smelled musty. Just little things, but overall great.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The price for the room was reasonable. The only downside was the bed. It was rock hard and painful. So much so that I will not return.

The convenience of having a full size refrigerator, stove and kitchen sink allowed us to cook our own meals. It was clean and close to supermarket.

When we arrived they only had one of rooms ready. They said it would be 15-20 minutes. Ok, no problem. An hour later we still didn’t have our second room even though many others checked in after us. They said they would call when the room was ready. Never got a call. When we went to the front desk they gave us our second room which wasn’t what we reserved.
