Lovely being right on the beach - great location, easy walking distance to both old and new town

Absolutely fantastic hotel they are amazing

This hotel is great, but we were treated poorly upon arrival. Staff tried to move us to another hotel before we even checked in because it was one of our birthdays and they 'dont book celebrations'. To rub it in, we then saw two stag groups staying at the hotel with no problems. Superb hotel, poor management and terrible customer service. Breakfast is good, the pool on the roof is cool and the rooms are decent, but the trip was tainted by staff telling us we were not good enough for the hotel.

Lovely newish beach front hotel. Fabulous location on Levante beach. Nice clean rooms, good WiFi, lovely roof top cocktail bar and plunge pool. Very good breakfast buffet.

Fin strand. Massive folkemengder 24/7, spesielt fulle engelskmenn. Stort sett masete. 6€ pr. solseng på stranden, mye mas der å. Anbefales å spise i gamlebyen, roligere og bedre mat. Stort sett fast food kvalitet på maten som serveres på restaurantene langs promenaden, med unntak av noen steder som hadde virkelig god mat. Renholdspersonalet klarte aldri låse døra etter vask, selv om vi sa ifra. Personal snakker svært begrenset engelsk.

The best breakfast buffet we have ever had, they had everything possible, so many choices and all very nicely done. The restaurant staff, also very nice, and professional. The front desk, only Victor was very nice and kind, the rest not so much, very unfriendly ladies. The rooms very small, even though we had an upgraded room ocean front. The sink kept clogging even though some one came to fix it. The shower water leaked out. Overall the rooms need some upgrading. The hotel location was great, very nice beach.

The hotel is in a nice location, with a small supermarket next door, directly opposite a beach (which can get busy so you need to be there for 7:30am to get sea front loungers), and in the old town for nicer restaurants and nicer streets etc. The hotel is clean and tidy, with well cleaned rooms and each room is large and comfortable. The room service staff are friendly and offer room service daily. The roof-top bar , seating area, pool and sun bathing lounger area is impressive and will be a major selling point for guests, Offering complimentary clean towels and a good selection of drinks and food. The breakfast is of good quality, freshness and a large choice from traditional English sausage and beans etc. Through pastries, fruit, salad, cold meats and cheese, cereals, breads, juices, proceccio, coffee and more. Great so far, and I have to say it is a very nice hotel to stay for a few days but with a few problems..... 1) The Spanish cold shoulder! Its well known that the Spanish would like to be rid of British tourists, and as most regular travelers will know, they just ignore you. Spanish people will be taken from behind you in queues to a free reception desk. You will be ignored at the rooftop bar and despite 3 people working, they will serve everyone else and then go and do something else like fold towels before they serve you 🙄. This is pathetic, and whilst I understand they blame British tourists for not being able to buy houses in local towns (much like UK media

Very enjoyable stay, room clean and more than adequate. Great view of the promenade and beach. Breakfast perfect they offer everything you can wish for.

O/A Struggled with my case and bag no assistance Staff no Reception desk and security after being delayed almost 5 hours…. Then no map or guidance of the hotel. On going to my room struggling again to

vi bodde en natt men var mycket nöjda med hotelet dom helhet. Frukosten vsr bättre än väntat och var toppen. Kan rekomrndera hotelet och kommer du med bil så ring och boka plats i garaget direkt under hotellet.

Just loved the fantastic rooftop pool and bar. Amazing view. The hotel looked so new and clean, and the breakfast vas very good.

Friendly staff nice balcony

Lovely Hotel, perfectly situated in old town Benidorm on the sea front. Very modern & clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast very impressive. all in all an excellent hotel.
