beautiful property, staff are kind however the room is so small you don’t even have anywhere to lay/open your luggage, and there was a terrible sewage/swampy smell in the room. Its also quite noisy and zero sound proofing to rooms, you can hear everything at the front desk & kitchen

Beau petit Riad au cœur de Marrakech. En plein cœur des locaux . L’accueil était chaleureux, on a prit le temps de nous indiquer les alentours et de nous suggérer des endroits à visiter. Petite chambre propre , super déjeuner inclus à tout les matins ! Super tranquille , lit très confortable . On y a passé 5 nuits . Les taxis ne se rendent pas mais sont pas très loin . Peut pas être plus avec les locaux que ça !:) ils sont très accueillants et jasant !

The property is actually quite nice on the inside. You wouldn't be able to tell from the outside. It's difficult to get to especially if you have luggage. The taxi driver dropped me off 5 mins away and I managed to walk past it even though I was trying to follow Google maps. You get a welcome drink & breakfast is in the courtyard area. The rooms were immaculately clean. The showers were a bit on the cold side. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's located in the middle of nowhere & a fair walk to a central location.
