I had knee replacement surgery lately so I couldn’t use their toilets and no handicap grab bars at the toilet . I had to go buy a raised toilet seat . The curtains in the room were soiled . They need to do a deep cleaning

Under staff as per the receptionist therefore the rooms were not clean the next day.

The room with

Friendly staff, easy check-in. Overall the room was clean, did have some minor dry wall damage and the lights flickered when turned on.

Amazing property. Staff were excellent.

The hotel in general needs some maintenance. The smell in corridor and room is bad. The breakfast was just ok with no fruits but a lot of flies... A lot. The room size was great and the staff was friendly.

Clean room, comfortable beds,

Washroom were dirty and food was repeated same thing every day and pan cake which was good thing was out of order and in terms of food cheese and all butter was packed in blue white container without any name or label. Overall I will say stay in Marriott which is next to it.

This regular room cost is $300 Tx included. The property and Libby were filthy and the air conditioning was not working (it WAS working in the room). The pool smelled so bad we couldn’t use it. Our room toilet was plugged when we arrived. An attendant fixed that problem but uses our towels to clean dry the overflowed bowl. After witnessing these things , we decided it was unsafe to eat the breakfast. We will be asking for a refund. We have many photos of this issues.

The place was filthy. Garbage in the halls and dirty finger prints all over the elevators. I don't recommend We will never stay again.

Its a bed for the n8ght. I left my toilet bag not had it returned. For that reason wont use them again

Clean rooms, great service and pool is cherry on the cake!
