1- The rooms were unclean, blood spots on cushion cover as attached 2- The service staff is clueless, outside the room is bad. 3- They are bad at keeping reservations, I booked online but then they day it is sold out. 4- Unreliable, don't book hotel here. 5- I lost 1680rs in booking because of a very bad hotel and staff and the reception is horrible.
