Great location and staff

Hôtel propre. La chambre est confortable et correspond parfaitement à la description du site. La salle de sport et le spa sont corrects, dommage qu'ils soient situés au sous-sol. Le service client est rapide et efficace, et le petit-déjeuner est au top ! En revanche, la vue depuis le rooftop est moyenne.

Nice room, shower had not been cleaned properly. Nice breakfast buffet and view from the restaurant. Room wasn’t made up properly upon arrival, one of the staff had to do it while we were there. Area is no fun but very close tibthe train station and old town is only 15 min bus ride away

Ok, this hotel is far from the old town and everything you want to see but next to train station. The rooms are more Ikea than chic . When we first got to the hotel by taxi there was no one there so you have to take elevator to lobby floor. No bell boy and you need to figure things out on your own. The room cleaning was not good at all. The towels were all over the place the beddings were not done. We didn’t understand the total lack of service. The one highlight was the breakfast buffet. The food was good and service was also good.

Amazingly large rooms with incredible full wall length windows for great views. The rooms were extremely new and modern. There were power blinds inside the windows. The shower had a rain fall head and was large. They provided bathrobes. It felt truly luxurious. The beds were soft and the most comfortable ones we had during our whole vacation at multiple hotels. The location was right next to the train station which is nice for transporting luggage and it wasn't ran-down dirty like areas next to train stations can be. The breakfast was incredible. It's on the top floor of the hotel and you can see the whole city. Excellent way to start your day. The only negative is that we tired every switch and button in the room and couldn't figure out a way to adjust the a/c - heat- fan for the room climate.

Väldigt fint hotell. Rummet var rymligt, välstädat och hade allt vi kunde behöva. Personalen i receptionen var trevlig och service minded.

Super clean and elegantly modern hotel right at the main train station. Excellent rooftop bar and restaurant.

No local do chuveiro, a caída da água era contrário ao ralo o que fazia o banheiro ficar sempre com poças de água e cheirasse bolor, a pia estava com dificuldade de escoar a água e o serviço de quarto péssimo, não repunham papel higiênico e lenço de papel, no último dia tivemos que pedir na recepção. Um quarto bonito mas com muitos problemas O café da manhã é básico e não vale os 28 euros cobrados Mas o que mais impactou foi quererem cobrar a estadia que já havia sido paga, isso é inadmissível e espero que a Hotéis.com tome alguma atitude.

Nice hotel, brand new

Checkin dauert in diesem Hotel ja immer etwas länger, die Lage ist aber sehr gut das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Ich war schon sehr oft in dem Hotel der Schwachpunkt. Bei dem sehr guten Frühstück ist der Eierposten (nach wie vor) die Schwachstelle (Dauer und Qualität).Ich war zwei Nächte dort und hatte nach der ersten Übernachtung beim Duschen eine komplette Überschwemmung im Badezimmer, weil die Dusche komplett verstopft war. Meldung der Reparatur war erfolgt, die Reparatur jedoch nicht so dass am zweiten Tag das gleiche Problem erneut auftrat, sehr ärgerlich.

Goed restaurant, mooi uitzicht.

Zimmer sind suuuper, da haben Architekt und Einrichter in vielen kleinen Details genial mitgedacht. Das Hotel selbst, tolles Ambiente, super Einrichtung, tolle TG mit zahlreichen Ladepunkten. Und das Beste: Die geniale RoofTopBar mit Restaurant mit einem faszinerenden Blick rundum. Einzig die Frühstückssituation (aber nachvollziehbar) bei vollem Haus etwas "schwierig" Und zum Schluss: eine kompetentes, service- u. kundenorientiertes Team mit großer Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wie auch schon beim letzten Besuch in Heidelberg haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem wunderschönen Hotel. Saubere großzügige Zimmer, einen sehr schönen Saunabereich und die gute Küche haben uns auch dieses Mal überzeugt. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof aber auch die weiträumige Tiefgarage mit Ladesäulen für das E-Auto sind perfekt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
