Nos fue genial, solo que el check in nos llegó un poco tarde al WA y tuvimos al inicio problemas, pero el personal muy amble y paciente, dispuesto ayudar en todo.

This place was so quaint and located so close we could walk to local restaurants. That didn'tean it was a noisy stay either. It was so tranquil, well except for the rooster and hummingbirds. What a great stay we had!

El Cielo is new and clean. Off of the main road but very close to all the restaurants and stores. Staff was very attentive and helpful when we needed anything. Would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable room with a small kitchenette. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Bajo Boquete. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is marketed as having a little privacy and individually decorated rooms. Its actually new construction compound with no ambiance. The rooms are clean and comfortable but sterile. It also wasn't clear that we were responsible for housekeeping. That probably works for others but not for us.

Property was very clean, view of the mountains. Highly recommend this property it’s close to the main area of restaurants and street markets.

The accommodation was wonderful. A kitchen with pots/pans, even cooking oil furnished. We were able to get our room/suite early. Communication was through WhatsApp. My only complaint is that we used the partial roll of tissue paper with no replacement.

This has been the nicest property I have stayed at in Panama so far. The room was amazing. Large with all the comforts of home, including a well appointed kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the suite tastefully decorated. The little balcony was a huge bonus! The grounds are very well kept. Felt like I was part of the neighbourhood and got a kick out of the wandering dogs sunning themselves in the middle of the road! If you are in the Boquete area, put this place on your list of places to stay!

Maravillosa la ubicación en estos flamantes edificios que tienen absolutamente todo que se necesitaría para un auto cuidado. El precio es un poco elevado, fuera de la temporada, pero disfrutamos mucho de excelente proximidad. Los dueños?administradoes fueron muy buena gente.

La ubicacion y hotel me encanto, muy breve mi viaje pero todo fue muy bien.

Beautiful room & pretty flowers and trees throughout the property. Great view from the deck with comfy chairs. Nice breeze and a/c was appreciated at night. Short easy walk to town. Helpful communication with reception.

The "concierge" was very helpful in booking our excursions, arranging transportation, and recommending restaurants--all done via text on WhatsApp. The room was comfortable and the location was safe and convenient for walking to town. We had a few minor repair needs which were addressed immediately. We would stay there again.

Lovely property, pretty, well maintained with hummingbirds outside. The rooms are only maintained , cleaned garbage and towel changed the next day upon request.would be better to have daily garbage removal at least. Also a room safe would be a good addition. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed Boquete and El Cielo

This was the best hotel of our three week travelling holiday, after nine other places across Central America. Excellent communication before, during and after the visit. Room was super, great views, space, bathroom and shower and .. two luggage racks, the first hotel in all our travels over the years to realise two travellers need two racks! The staff were, each and everyone, helpful and smiling especially Yamileth at both our arrival and our departure. Susan was so helpful during the long power outage, Yamileth and Moises were very helpful and supportive throughout the problem we encountered with our onward travel. We wish we could have stayed for longer! Thank you El Cielo team!
