Location is good, but not great, a little bit far away from Westminster city. Currently there’s a construction next building, very noisy in the early morning. Portable A/C are too loud at night…Rooms are very clean and kitchen and laundry are very convenient for family with kids. Staff are friendly. We wished to be changed to a quieter room, but didn’t get one.

Very helpful staff. We were able to store our luggage after our stay until we had to depart for the airport. The view of the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and the The Shard were particularly impressive at night. Sub-20 minute walk across Tower Bridge to Borough Market for a variety of sweets and treats, as well as The George Inn (London's last surviving galleried coaching inn with excellent fish and chips), alongside immediate access to the Tower of London. Easy access to Tower Hill station to get around.

The exterior of this hotel is very nice, but that was about the only positive. The lobby is incredibly small—more like a closet than a lobby. More than three people in the space at once feels crowded. Check-in took much longer than expected because, even though there were multiple employees, they only had one computer available. The elevator is also located in this tiny space and is only large enough for one or two people with luggage, so be prepared to use the stairs. The room itself was nice, but my biggest issue was the listing advertising air conditioning. This unit does not have functioning air conditioning. I found what appeared to be a portable AC unit, but it couldn't even reach the window to vent the hot air outside, making it completely ineffective. The bedroom felt like a sauna. The staff did bring a second portable unit, and they were able to vent it through a window in the living area, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, it still wasn't nearly enough to cool the entire unit, especially the bedroom. Renter beware: If you're traveling during the summer or are expecting true air conditioning, this is not the place to stay. The listing was very misleading in that regard, and it significantly impacted our stay.

This was one of the nicest places to stay in London, great location and excellent facilities at really great value. Would highly recommend.

Really nice property. The front staff was great! They greeted us nicely each and every time we came through. The room was clean, bright and spacious (OK the bathroom was tight, but fine). The room had a portable air conditioner, as advertised, which worked great. Having a washer and drier, as well as a full kitchen was really helpful during our stay. The location is ideal, right across the street from the Tower of London and maybe 100 yards from the Tower Hill Underground station. I'd definitely stay here again!

Clean spacious room, great location

Great location! Staff were friendly and nice to talk to. Most attractions were a few tube stops away or walkable.

The apartment was lovely and clean, very well presented. They provided bottles of water, a carton of milk and some breakfast bits, which was a nice suprise. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any queries. The WiFi was very good. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially with how close it is to the tube station and iconic landmarks of London.

Generally clean and spacious. Problems that rated it poorly are, It is over the tube station and the room vibrate constantly when tubes are running. We were on the 3rd floor. The door all bang hard because they are closers. You can hear the neighbour rooms also constantly banging. It is extremely annoying - especially at night. TV station is only terrestrial - basic TV. No streaming services allowed or even screen sharing, Aircon units - not built-into the rooms. The duct has to stick out of the window. Fire escape plan on door is for the wrong apartment. Room 25. Bed too hard. Good location.

Clean room, helpful staff

Clean and spacious apartment for our family of three. Nice and helpful staff. We stayed for a week to explore central London. Very convenient location as Tower Hill and Tower Gateway stations are just nearby.

Clean room, absolutely great with two bathrooms! Wery helpfull staff. There was noise from probably the subway, but it didn't disturb the night's sleep.

Good setup

Great location next to Tower of London with plenty to of food options. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The washer/dryer in unit made it very convenient to do laundry and the staff made sure to refill the laundry detergent for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the price showed on Expedia website was deceiving. The pricing has always been in USD for us when booking hotels, but when we arrived we were told the amount is actually in British pounds. So of course that means the total price came out to be a lot more expensive for us. Just be sure to double check the price on Expedia when booking to make sure it’s in the correct currency so there aren’t any surprises.
