It was very clean but a bit tough for getting around the bed especially with a cane. Was fantastic for being able to be downtown and close to everything. But you gotta do something about being able to take alcohol to the rooms. A small tv for those that don't stay out at night would be a nice add on. Staff was helpful and nice. In discussions with other older customers a lot of them were not impressed. You should let people who book know about the parking situation.

This is a simple, reasonably priced place to stay in Charlottetown. It was a great location with lively entertainment and diverse dining in the surrounding blocks. A few things I wish I’d known before staying on a Friday night: - don’t stress too much about where to park. As of 6 PM, the meters in front of the hotel become free for the weekend! We were able to park right in front of the building for free. - bring earplugs even if you’re not a light sleeper. I can sleep well most of the time but the arcade next door had a DJ dance party with pounding bass that was incredibly loud for us on the third floor. It quitted down at 2 AM but due to the design of the building, all noise carries - as much or more as I’ve found in Caribbean resorts. - there’s no “store” or vending machine or anything, so plan ahead if you want snacks! - while the room is “compact” (picture cruise ship cabin sized) and doesn’t have a nice view, it was a very clean and affordable alternative for us as a couple - at nearly 1/3 the cost of the nearby Delta hotel. Would I stay again? Sure, if the pricing remains good and the purpose of my trip didn’t require me getting up too early. While it was noisy late at night, in the morning we slept until 9:15 since it was pretty quiet!

A clean property. Clean room and linen. The hotel is directly next door to a night club that plays music until 2 am. Something to keep in might when booking on the weekend. The room is minimalist and clean, no tv and small, but still nice. There is a movie theater on site which is cool. The location was great, a short walking distance for everything you could want.

The rooms and overall hotel were clean. Missed having amenities like coffee, fridge and microwave in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was a very sparsely furnished hotel. It was more the style of a small European hotel. The room was very clean, the bed good, excellent bathroom. However there was no breakfast which was a disappointment. The staff were very helpful giving us ideas of where to go in Charlottetown. We did have to pay for parking.

Unique, not your regular hotel. More for the younger, moving around generation. Pretty small room.

This is like an elevated hostel, so you have to know what you're signing up for. As long as you understand that the rooms are minimalistic, this hotel's location and price can't be beat. We had no issues with noise and it was very clean. The lounge space is also lovely, with laundry, vending machines, a coffee machine (have to pay), air fryer, fridge, microwave and lots of space to sit and play games or watch TV. This was our 2nd stay and we will certainly be back.

This room was exactly what we needed for our stay in Charlottetown. Very clean, with comfortable beds, friendly staff and a fantastic location.

Room was spacious and clean...pretty basic with no TV or fridge but we did not need either.Good restaurants and pubs very near.Can park outside hotel and in parking garage next door for free on weekends and from 6pm-8am. Staff at front desk helpful with restaurant suggestions.There is a movie theater attached to hotel and they included 2 free passes.

Make sure to take advantage of the guest lounge on the second floor, I think I even saw a microwave and zn air fryer in there!

The room was clean and comfortable. Note it is minimalistic with no television, refrigerator, hairdryer, coffee pot, or extras. The location is great with downtown a few minutes walk.

Simple and comfortable. Walking distance from lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Parking was easily accessible. And as an added bonus, we were given free movie passes to the cinema next door. Was a great place to stay!

I have nothing good to say about this property.

This is a basic European-style with few amenities. The lounge provided what the rooms did not have (eg. TV, microwave, coffee) and it also had a laundry facility. But, the property was clean and looked newly renovated. The location is is perfect, right in the heart of downtown. Staff was extremely helpful. Definitely good value.

Our room was a drab, concrete box that required you to turn sideways and edge your way around the bed. Less a boutique hotel, than a no-frill motel without parking. Ok, but seriously overpriced for what it was.

Basic and clean

The hotel, was very clean and in a great location, however, there were no amenities, no fridges, t.v’s or phones in the rooms. While the bed was comfy the rooms were very stark, with glass walls for the bathroom/washroom, the floors were brushed concrete. There was no view from our room, side buildings with air conditioning units. Perfectly good for a one night stay if you aren’t looking for comfort.
