I've marked 4 in respect of cleanliness. Our room was clean but I marked down because of the kitchen. The manager Joe is constantly it but it is a communal kitchen and is often left dirty by other guests, despite the notices asking them to keep clean when they use. Joe works tirelessly trying to keep the facilities of the premises in good condition. Parking is available for about 4 cars on a first come first served basis.

Communication is poor.. I informed them that I will be checking in late and gave them the time that I will be arriving but I was not given check in instructions in time.The property has no reception accept for a lone caretaker. Advert says parking is free but there’s only enough for 6 cars .Parking along the street is strictly permit holder only between 8am -6:30pm. So if you have to park on the street you need to make sure you move your car before 8am… no reception.

I checked in and left straight away. The room was very basic and too bright and I did not feel it was a very safe environment. The man who gave me the card for access to the room could hardly speak English and I could hear a baby crying the few minutes I was in the room. I went there as I needed some quiet time to do some paperwork and unfortunately this didn’t work out. I will go to the premier inn in future which is a much nicer place and about the same price.

Its okay as a cheap location to sleep.

Easy access with key card that gave access to the room and building. Shared kitchen had basic supplies and breakfast which was an added extra. Room also had a simple kitchenette with fridge. Bed very comfortable. Only criticism was room was very warm.

It wasn't at all like your photos it wasn't an apartment it was a room that felt like a hostel

Gaining entry to the property wasn’t as expected, needed code which I had to request once there in the dark. Parking was ok but limited. Room was clean but basic, mattress not comfortable

Check in was fairly straight forward. Individual onsite who allocated a card door key which allows you entry to main door and individual room. Room was clean andt there was a small kitchen area with fridge and two hob cooker. Bed was clean and confortable. Only issue was the noise of the plumbing. Shops are not nearby so be aware if you are planning to visit. Nice location and very quiet. I would certainly return.

The apartment was clean and tidy and the staff we met were friendly we only booked for one night and as far as the room was concerned all was good. The stay itself was ok but our only issue was the do it yourself breakfast as you needed to cook the food yourself in a well equipped kitchen but deciding we didn't want to cook opted for cereal but there was none to be found which was dissapointing.

Stay was ok the shower head wouldn’t stay up and every time the taps was was used the screeching comes from pipes even if others in rooms upstairs use tap it’s awful apart from that all was good

The hospitality was indeed pleasant, and the staff was very cooperative.

Lights over bed in Room 9 need attention- they are flickering. But a very quiet venue and friendly supervisor.Everything was there and thoughtfully organised. Thank you!

Clean room , free parking and free kitchen

Expected a value for money no frills room. Room was basic, but spacious, clean and comfortable. However, it felt like there were several long term residents and felt like a hostel or HMO. Two fridges given over to them, a third fridge for short term stays. The whoke kitchen was dirty and scruffy, and the fridge for guests diy breakfast not the cleanest. Eggs, bacon, milk, an inch of apple juice and spread. All the bread was wholemeal. Not recommended.

Needs improvement.

This hotel was cheap and cheerful. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfy and check in was nice and easy with friendly hotel staff. We used the free parking outside the front of the hotel where there were numerous spots available. I would happily stay here again in the future.

Glad we only had to stay one night,beds very uncomfortable,very hot in room even with window open & fan on ,kitchen only had 1 fork that I could see although wasn’t somewhere I would use to cook in,seemed more like a half way house for many different kinds of people

Warning! I am surprised that Hotels.com can offer their customers accommodation in a property like this. We decided to leave within 15 minutes. Manager difficult to communicate
