It was honestly perfect. Compared in pricing to hotels on the strip/boardwalk, for a liiiittle extra, you get your own little house. It’s still so close to the boardwalk, you’re close to the strip, and so many amazing restaurants and activities right by the property. Will definitely be back

My family and I love it here. Everyone is so friendly, cottages are very clean . We've stayed here two years in a row now!! Only one suggestion. We have a large dog and she was able to turn the handle and get out. Maybe look into actually door knobs!!! Thanks for listening, see you next year!!

Very nice comfy cottages, really close to the beach many other attractions, grocery stores, and many other things near by. Would recommend for a small family, has a nice pool. Cottage was very clean and accommodating with having your basics available for cooking. Would definitely be booking again in the near future!

Perfect place for families with pets

It was a Beautiful property but it was not well maintained and the cleanliness can be improved. It was also a bit of a small space for our group of 6. The amount of space we had was too small and tight for the price of our stay.

Great place would definitely stay again

The gated community was really cute & the cottage was clean. However, the place was a little small for the price you pay & was not as comfortable as I would've liked. The sofa bed was very springy & unbearable. We had to use a blowup bed instead. Overall experience was ok.

I have stayed here a few times and it is always wonderful. Close to everything very peaceful and quiet. The cottages are very clean and well-maintained.

Excellent stay i will come back

We adored the cottage, it was a really nice stay. I do have to say that there was an ant issue- literally crawling everywhere. However, Chuck helped us out right away (shoutout to him!!) with this issue, and we still enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay with no complaints! The entire facility was extremely clean and well maintained- shout out to Chuck! We utilized the well stocked kitchen- including a small coffee maker, utensils, plates and glassware. Our unit had a spacious fridge and freezer. The AC units worked well, 1 bedroom didn’t have a ceiling fan and got toasty. Some things to realize ahead of time for a beach vacation: 1. We only had 4 small bath towels supplied for a family of four. 2. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire location, so it can be a struggle to squeeze in in a busy schedule. We only had rain through the nights during our visit but nothing really dried hanging on the screened-in porch.

The property is well maintained. There was a broken door and a missing remote felt like it could’ve been a little bit cleaner. The rooms were very small and not a lot of place for luggage, but it was very convenient in away from all the noise. There’s a snowcone place right next-door to the property that we walked to and it was excellent. Definitely try it.

There is a bad fly problem in the unit.  Every fly we killed 2 more appeared.  The 2nd bedroom had an awful odor coming from the bed.  The maintenance person came and gave us new bedding but there was still an odor.  The unit is way too small for a family of more than 3. The kitchen had limited utensils to make breakfast.  Will definitely NOT be returning. 

Our stay was excellent! Our cottage was clean and spacious. We personally bring our own bedding because our kiddos have bad allergies but really, it was a great stay.

I didnt like that fact that the place had so many flies upon getting inside. I had to kill so many before i could settle down. The refrigerator had so many strands of hair in it and not clean at all. The celing fans has so much dust on them. The bunk bed didnt have a proper twin size bed sheet they used a draw sheet as the bottom sheet. The 2nd bed room didnr have a remote to the tv. The floors were not moped they were dirty. The pillows were not clean. They had major stains on them. The pots and pans were horrible and were so huge industrial like. Couldve gotten a nice set from Walmart.
