Awesome place

The room is nice. The staff are courteous and accommodating. A lot of food choices for breakfast.

Within Marriott property is safe. Not so much to walk around the area. Need to have a ride going to a nearby mall.

We loved our stay. Everyone was friendly, responded quickly on messages sent, and very respectful. We stayed a total of 3 nights, with 2 rooms. I had mentioned to The restaurant staff during dinner that it was my son & his wife’s anniversary and they brought them a nice dessert. We’ll make sure to recommend your hotel to friends and family traveling to Cebu.

Great property and wonderful staff

Service was excellent, but room design sucks. No space for opening luggage. Terrible impractical sink, spills water everywhere. Not space efficient.

Hotel facility/amenities and customer services is excellent. I stayed 3N and on my 2nd night I had written comments about the bath towels. I was pleasantly surprised that hotel management went over and beyond to make sure that my room is replenished with Snow White plush and soft bath towels with Fairfield by Marriott tags! That made my day and added an icing on the cake on my last night at Fairfield by Marriott Mandaue. That said, there is nothing much outside of the hotel but there is a dining gem which is a short walk away … Black Smokehouse that has excellent BBQ steak. Just be mindful walking the streets as they are dusty and traffic is horrific. It is not worth hailing a cab because it is a skip and a hop away from the hotel. The Commerce Bank next to the hotel is convenient for currency exchange. Travel distance from CEB airport to hotel is 15mins without traffic and one-way cab fare is between pesos 150 and 170. Take only the white cab (honest and economical). Avoid the black and yellow cabs at all cost.

Tthe Staff were absolutely amazing. I mean everyone. I was left notes by housekeeping thanking me for staying there. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Wish i had more time to spend there.

The staff was more than occomodating. The kitchen and food services were better than some of the top restaurants. Amazing expansive breakfast buffet. Proper coffee and cappuccinos. Variety of alcoholic beverages and virgin drinks on demand. I cant say enough about the staff and kitchen. Daily tyrndown and room cleaning.

All the staff are friendly, professional, nice, knowledgeable and good hearted people. We felt at home & welcomed. The water pressure & temperature was awesome! Great room design. We’ll be coming back here soon. Kudos to the staff !!!

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Food is very good. Yes higher cost than elsewhere as woth any hotel. This one is worth the extra cost. Room is spacious and comfortable. House keeping is amazing.
