Väldigt mysigt och familjärt litet hotell. Personligt bemötande. Bra läge nära stationen och liten promenad till gamla delen. Vacker trädgård och fantastisk vy mot dalen.

We loved the Chalet in Sintra!!! This had been constructed as a mansion 150 years ago and had been converted into a boutique hotel. They accommodated an early check in and upgraded us to a suite on the top floor for half the upgrade price. Our room had a view of the ocean! The property was light on amenities, but it was not the sort of place focused on that. It was quaint, romantic, comfortable, clean, with excellent bathrooms. It had maintained much of its 19th century charm and fit in so nicely with the vibe of the village. The was an incredible restaurant across the street, and a excellent cafe up 1 block. The main town was just a quarter mile down the road. The staff was incredibly helpful not only with the hotel but with reservations, sightseeing guidance, etc. Would love to stay here again.

Our room was lovely, comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and gracious. We purchased the included breakfast at Cafe Saudade. It too was spectacular. We highly recommend both when in Sintra.

This property is simply magical. The staff was amazingly friendly and their love for the property is palpable. The Chalet is in an excellent location. Very quiet, yet close to many restaurants & shops, and walking distance to main attractions. It’s a beautiful, charming accommodation. Spacious, incredible view of the valley below & castles above. Stunning sunsets. Morning birds singing. The best of everything. The staff were all very kind, gracious & very helpful. I felt well taken care of. Loved every minute, wish I could live there. I highly recommend it!!! Thank you for an amazing stay. My balcony is was large enough for at least 8 people with ample room!! My suite had a large living room area, beautiful bedroom & bathroom, all with very high ceilings, on the second floor.
