客室は清潔でスタッフも親切だった。 唯一、チェックイン方法が当日15:00を過ぎても来なかった。「48h前までにチェックイン時間を連絡」と書いてあった。 見逃したこちらの責任もあるが、他のホテルが前日、もしくは当日の朝にはチェックイン方法の連絡があったため、この事前連絡の必要に疑問を感じる。 また、連絡がなければチェックイン方法を伝えないというのもいかがなものかと思う。

Helpful friendly staff

Et flott sted å bo. Fantastisk beliggenhet. Gratis kaffe, te og vann. Gode senger. Dette blir mitt bosted i san Sebastian. Med rom mot gata blir det noe støy om natta. Tidlig om morgenen mye søppeltømming. Perfekt med rom mot bakgården som er trivelig. Balkongen svært liten.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal!

Great central position. The room we were in was dark with 2 small windows facing into the centre of the building. I’m not sure where there was a garden terrace (as shown in the promo pics) we weren’t told about it. As a base it is an ideal location.

Excellent all round

Our stay in San Sebastián was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with anything we needed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location is nothing short of incredible—right outside the vibrant part of town filled with cafés, bars, and all the energy you want when visiting this beautiful city. It felt like being in the heart of everything, yet the building itself was safe, welcoming, and well maintained. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with everything arranged thoughtfully. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and it made a big difference in how relaxing the stay felt. A very big thank you as well to the staff who immediately emailed me after checkout about items I had accidentally left behind. I was already on the train and couldn’t come back, but I truly appreciate the honesty and the effort. Overall, this was an excellent experience, combining an unbeatable location, a well-kept property, and genuinely kind staff. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Sebastián—you’ll be right where everyone wants to be.

Great location! The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The information about how to access for a late check in was very clear. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Dejligt hotel liggende direkte i midtbyen med nem adgang til hele byen og dens fantastiske restauranter.

Bra läge i gamla staden. Nära till allt. Fint inrett rum och fin toalett med dusch. Rummet var mysigt inrätt men väldigt litet. Den öppnade resväska tog nästa halva den fria golvytan

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, en general san Sebastián es complicado respecto a los hoteles. Pero es increíble que en Biarritz sea más barato que en San Sebastián un mejor hotel en esta temporada.

Fantastic location, very clean with comfortable beds. The staff were smiling and helpful. Couldn’t fault it. Only thing wrong was we were only there for two days!
