Simply, the best hotel in Tskaltubo. We stay here every year and always feel very welcome. There is a big outdoor swimming pool at guest disposal and also decent breakfast served.

Hotel is located in a decent building with redecorated spacious rooms and bathrooms, however no single shelf or cupboard was provided in a bathroom to store hygienic products. Breakfast was very simple with generic coffee and typical Georgian with food not looking great. Not bad, not good.

In reality, this is 3+ star hotel rather than 4 star. Rooms are comfortable, but furniture is older than expected. It is well positioned within Tskaltubo. Breakfast is good, but had feeling some food is not fresh as there were no many guests staying. It is slightly overpriced.

Polozy hotel w pieknym parku centralnym, swobodny dojazd i wygodny parking. Po burzy niedzialala winda a schody waskie i strome. Wygody zadowalajace , mila obsluga. Blisko jaskinie i park dinozaurow

Upon check in staff was just impolite. It was a young lady with glasses, she was the only one there. Condescending and rude. Laughed at me several times. I did not feel welcome at all. And if this is the best hotel in Kutaisi, that is just sad. There was another guy hanging around the lobby, no one bothered to help with luggage. No one opened the door. No one welcomed me in. Quite bad. Rooms are small, mostly clean, but just so so. l am so glad I only had to spend one night here. Noise echos from outside. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

The hotel is very modern and nice. The room was extremely comfortable and included a bathroom and a separate restroom. The breakfast was delicious and offered many Georgian dishes.

Vi havde bestilt plads til 2 voksne og 3 børn. Vi fik en meget stor suite med ekstra seng. Denne seng havde en ret dårlig madres, men resten af suiten var helt i top.

The hotel itself is good hotel, clean (except carpets and mirrors), rooms is ok. Surroundings: there is a lake but unfortunately not very looked after. There is a park where you may have relaxing walk and talk. Lots of hotels completely destroyed around so main reason of visit shall be overnight stay or health issues which can be treated thanks to local thermal bath.

الفندق في سقالتوبا القريبه من كوتايسي فندق هادئ وموقعه جميل باطلاله على الطبيعه الرائعه انصح باختياره .. تم حجز غرفه بسرير مزدوج وكذلك سريرين فرديين لاطفالي ولكن تم اعطائي سرير اريكه لاطفالي وهذا خطأ من الفندق او من موقع hotels لايوجد شطاف ولا مسبح.. هناك مسبح قريب والدخول برسوم.. يتم تأجير الدراجات بسعر 5 لاري للساعة

Bon séjour dans hôtel de standing. Malheureusement j'ai eu un problème (raison pour l'avis négatif sur le service) lors du règlement des extras. La réceptionniste m'a interpellée - après le payement - en m'informant que sa caisse ne jouait pas et en allégeant de m'avoir donc certainement trop rendu. N'ayant pas regarder le change lors qu'il m'a été donné, je lui ai payé ce qui lui manquait selon ses dires, mais crains avoir été trop honnête (et donc avoir payé trop ...). A noter également que les informations données sur la ville (je cherchais un SPA avec piscine) ont été erronées me faisant errer inutilement dans la ville ...

موقع الفندق ممتاز قريب من الكهف والأماكن السياحية ولكن مستوى الفندق لا يرقى ان يكون ٤ نجوم الغرف صغيرة وأثاثها متواضع والحمام صغير والاسرة غير مريحة والواي فاي ضعيف

Good hotel. Top facilities. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast was the best part.. highly recommended if you are in Kutaisi area..
