Great service, clean, ideal for an overnight stop

Room staff etc great. Would like to see some drinking water in the room.

Convenient, safe, staff was very helpful and kind

I was very disappointed in my stay here. It was absolutely terrible and the staff were no help. We had no hot water for 7 days and every day we went to tell the staff they acted like it was something strange I was saying. Then for the last 3 days we had no water pressure. I had to go shower at another hotel. When I told the staff they just said oh okay maybe the water tank is empty. But never cared to fill it and resolve the problem. We had no clean towels even though we asked everyday to change them it was impossible to get it. No one changed our trash bin or tidied up the room, even when asked to get them to do that and change the sheets since they were dirty. The drain in the shower didn’t drain so for the few days I did shower in cold water the shower would fill up with water and I would be standing in the puddle of my dirty water. The staff again never helped or tried to fix anything. The stay was not worth my money and I would like a refund

Well painted. We booked through expedia. Lady said room was there but had to be cleaned. Waited 0.5 hrs. Lady said we had to pay her although expedia took our credit card info. She was right. The flight was delayed so we came to this place in the night for just one night. No hot water. Grenada is very hot. So the cold water can be used for a shower. AC working very slowly but worked. But there is a good side. For the price you get a room full kitchen, stove microwave, Separate bedroom. So if you plan to stay long and prepare your meals then this is an ideal place. For the budget price of $100 this is the best place in entire grenada and close to the airport and med school. All other hotels offer very limited space. This place you get a separate living room and balcony. I will definietly go here and save my money. You will need a taxi to get here since it is uphill. But hey it provides more value for your money. Need more space for yourself then this is the place. Love you relax inn.
