The bar was well stocked unfortunately a second blender is needed. Drinks ordered our first nigh could not be provided because tofu a blender issue. We were provided a complimentary drink because of the issue. Thank you.

Staff was surly and very very slow and unfriendly, They would chat with each other while a guest stood there waiting to order at the bar, and were insulted if you asked for a drink. Air conditioning old and didn't work well. No elevator,

A complete and total dump hotel. It's a very odd property (don't let the pictures fool you). The staff is rude, unpleasant, and do not like their job. Save yourself and pick another hotel in Georgetown.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to assist. My room was clean and very comfortable. Internet connection was reasonable. The rooms are not soundproof enough, I heard every activity outside of my room

Love it and will return only bad thing is they program the tv not to stream from your phone and they don't have Netflix or Prime set up so your only entertainment is local channels

The accommodation itself is ok but, the rooms are not isolated (noise cancelation). You will hear steps, knocks, and scratches on the wooden floors and walls. Also, the people who have very early flight AM flights due to non-isolated rooms will hear a lot of noise.

It an old house in the centre of Georgetown which has been a hotel for many years. It has an open courtyard in the centre that induces a cooling breeze during the evening. No better place to stay in Georgetown

The water in the bathroom was kind of dirty

Stayed here for 3 nights. The restaurant had a good selection of food, and it was quite good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very outdated and need to be renovated. The WiFi didn’t work up in the rooms, only in the lobby could we connect.

Food is very good, Staff is very good. Rooms are clean but old (need some renovation) Sometime missing soap, shampoo and water.
