Excellent location, room much bigger than you would expect, staff very friendly. Less than 10 minutes walk to Plitvica lake entrance. Breakfast was lovely. There is a free view of the lakes not far from hotel too.

Das Personal war freundlich und kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Lage nahe den Plitvicer Seen ist praktisch, da diese sogar zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Insgesamt waren wir jedoch enttäuscht. Für 150€ pro Nacht für zwei Personen ohne Frühstück oder Abendessen fanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht überzeugend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig, sodass man andere Gäste deutlich hören kann. Das Abendessen kostet zusätzlich fast 80€ für zwei Personen und wird nur als fixes Menü (Fleisch, Fisch oder vegetarisch) ohne Speisekarte angeboten. Insgesamt hätten wir für diesen Preis mehr Komfort und Auswahl erwartet.

Fantastic place just at the entrance to the national park. Nothing beats that location. The service was excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant in the garden and the food awesome. After dinner we spend some time in the beautiful garden. The room was comfortable beautiful and sparkling clean. Such a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The dinner and service was excellent!!! It is a beautiful and cozy place to stay close to the lakes. The staff was courteous and friendly. We would love to came back.

Clean, well maintained property in a quiet, beautiful setting. Staff were friendly and helpful and restaurant meals were delicious.

Such a beautiful place and you couldn't ask for a better location to visit Plitvice NP! We loved our room and the staff were very nice! The only couple of points to note: We were never told of a wifi code and couldn't find one anywhere, Reception is only manned for a few hours a day, and the cash only restaurant and limited menu meant we weren't able to eat at the lodge. However would still definitely recommend!

We were 4 women who booked 4 rooms. We arrived around noon and went into the park after some directions from the staff, leaving our bags in the parking lot. We returned around 5, were shown to our rooms and made ourselves comfortable before dinner. The family who live here and own/run the lodge were so friendly and welcoming. Dinner was fabulous... but you better be hungry because there's a lot of food... and complimentary drinks. The rooms were comfortable and we each had a terrace or patio. The showers were nice, too! It was a great place to stay!

Perfecte locatie om Plitvica Natural Park te bezoeken. Op wandelafstand van ingang 3. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Mooie kamers met balkon. Lekker ontbijt en avond eten.

The property was very clean and spacious.. the Bathrooms were modern. We had a balcony with views to the forest. We walked right from the hotel into the National park and walked the Lake and the waterfalls. The service and food was great. We had Breakfast and dinner at the lodge, great wine. We didn't have to get back into the car until we left..Perfect.

Newly renovated, beautiful apartment in a pictures setting and amazing hosts. Had a great stay, highly recommend it!

Very calm and restful

In an attempt to beat all the tourists to Plitvice Lakes, we decided to drive up the night before and stay at the Plitvica Lodge so we would be one of the first to the park when the park opened at 7am. Hotels.com has the hotel listed at the incorrect address (Plitvice Selo 71/3 did not route correctly) so we got lost at 10pm - basically in the middle of nowhere - and thankfully had an international phone plan to call for directions, but roads are not well marked. The room was comfortable and clean but you are definitely paying for location and the prices for everything in the room mini bar reflected this too. Two other disappointments were that you can't get breakfast until 7:30am when the park opens at 7:00am and also that they only accept cash for the room fee. A plus however is that the hotel sells tix to the park so if you bring enough cash, you can buy tickets there and enter one of the park's less busy entrances. Plitvice Lakes is a must see so overall worth the visit!

it was very close to the park just a 10 minutes away, and also owner is very friendly which made the lodge quite comfortable. kids played with their dog, Bingo which was also fun.

Park at hotel and short walk to park entrance. Won't need your car again until ready to leave. Greeted by Karla who was very friendly and gave good advice for viewing park Drinks and grilled food at night at hotel. Eat outside at picnic table. Plenty of complimentary schnapps from Karla! Very quiet and secluded. Will stay here again.

Not very friendly check in, would not accept credit card as form of payment, as not many restaurants around, dinner and breakfast were very expensive !!!
