Good ac

Cuando hicimos check in nos dieron nuestra habitación la cual aún no estaba limpia, luego pasaron 10 minutos y dijeron que ya estaba limpia y nunca vimos que cambiaran sábanas o hicieran alguna limpieza , papel en el baño había muy poco , nosotros solo estábamos de paso pero no fue muy buen servicio

Pésimo, teníamos reservacion para 2 días, desde el check in, molestia por parte de la recepción, bichos muertos en el cuarto y el baño, en la mañana preguntamos si tenían desayunos y nos dijeron que ya estaban atendiendo a un grupo de 20 así que no podían. En resumen… preferimos perder el dinero, entregamos el cuarto al día siguiente en la mañana y buscamos otro lugar.

This place is noisy and run down with a moldy pool. Only good point is it is on the lake but for the price there are many better. Staff are very noisy talking loudly early. I woud not stay there again.

The room was not as clean as it should be. Staff was good. No amenities, but we did appreciate the free bottled water.

No breakfast included. Did not use the AC. Friendly, helpful staff. It’s a basic hotel and was clean.

The location was absolutely perfect! Very clean and well preserved

The room is spacious. Hot water and water draining in the bathroom work perfectly . Staff are helpful. Air conditioning works great. The view on the 4th floor is very nice. They also have a large porch on the 5th floor which I didn’t go but I believe it’s a place where you can see sunrise and sunset.

In a good location, but otherwise not great

Excellent aervice, clean, good location you can find a small dock in a side and a good coffee for breakfast "Maple y Tocino", highly recommended!

Bath room needs some work

It had it's own pool. Great view of the lake. Close to restaurants and fun.

Staff was unhelpful during our stay. It was noisy during the night. My family went into the pool and they all came out with a terrible rash. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

There seemed to be a mixup with our booking as we had booked for 3 people online and were told in person that that wasn't possible. Given that it was late, we decided to stay and were charged more for the room. The room was clean, the AC worked, and it met our needs for the stay.
