Trevlig personal, bra service

Nice, clean and friendly hotel that is very good value for money. The only negatives I can mention are that the shower head is very low and not practical and that a single duvet for a double bed defeats the object of paying extra for a double bed. Breakfast was nice and fresh, air conditioning system very effective and lovely little garden out the back to sit in. Also on check out they gave me a little gift as a thank you for staying with them. I thought this was a lovely gesture and demonstrated that they don’t take customers for granted. Well done Kern Baum hotel.

I still got a snack late night when I came back to the hotel, I really appreciated that!

Ich habe das Zimmer gebucht, aufgrund einer Fortbildung in Graz. Freitag bis Sonntag. Dieses Hotel liegt sehr Zentral und mit dem Auto war alles sehr gut erreichbar. Lokale sind in der Nähe auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer sind schön und sehr sauber :) Frühstück wurde aufgrund von Corona zu Tisch gebracht. Alles vorhanden und ausreichend.

Ben localizzato e collegato col centro con un autobus che passa frequentemente. Personale molto disponibile e colazione senza lode ne' infamia. Meglio le camere al piano superiore

Buen hotel con parking limitado La habitacion un poco pequeña y el baño tambien. El desayuno muy basico, pan, algo de bolleria, fruta y cafe, el zumo te lo traen ellos. No disponen de tostador para el pan ni posibilidad de que te lo tuesten. La "supuesta" dueña un poco desagradable Esta cerca de la boca del metro por lo que resulta comodo para dejar el coche e ir en metro al centro.

Der Besuch in Graz war leider nur auf zwei Tage beschränkt. Es wird nicht der letzte Besuch sein. Das Hotel hat einen gepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Es gab keine Zeichen von einer Nachlässigkeit in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung. Für diese Hotelklasse wirklich sehr gut. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend in sehr guter regionaler Qualität. Als morgens der Fön versagte wurde umgehend für Ersatz gesorgt. Die Lage ist nahe einer größernen Ausfallstraße mit entprechender Gewerbeansiedlung, was einem Autotouristen ja nicht stört. Vor dem Haus sind die Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, was man in Graz zu schätzen weiss, da die Stadt Graz die Parkraumbewirtschaftung scheinbar als äußerst große Einnahmequelle nutzt. Das Preisniveau in der Stadt ist auf dem Niveau von Mittelstädten in Franken, absolut zivil. Die Altstadt ist einen Besuch mehr als wert. Die Bewohner mit denen man Kontakt hatte, waren alle durchgehend sehr freundlich.
